Goreme was a great town but a 20/25 minute taxi drive away. We had our balloon ride from there which was excellent. The whole area is a beautiful sight, absolutely breathtaking. Our whole trip was spoiled by our hotel accommodation. Yes, we chose a cave hotel but with deluxe accommodation, balcony, dining area and we expected a window to look out of to actually see the beautiful views of the valley. AND ... not have to climb 161 steps to our room. We expect a refund please.

We went to Neveshir to do the balloon ride. We booked for a week to give us the best opportunity of having a great weather day for the experience, giving up Istanbul as a travel destination. The first 3 days were too windy. Day 4 was perfect. We had a signature life experience. We then went to Istanbul see what we could in the left over time

We like to stay and be able to enjoy the city and its tours. Wonderful places . the balloon ride will be unforgettable, it surprised me too much. how beautiful . the hotel was wonderful too, great accommodation and breathtaking meals. We love and recommend the accommodation.

Nevsehir is the capital city of this province. Do not stay in the town itself. It is very large and not actually in the part of Cappodocea you want to see. Neither is it near the Nevsehir airport. Stay in Goreme, Avanor or Urgup to be in the heart of the region.

You should try the Sultans Ceramic and make your own ceramic. But don’t buy from there it’s quite expensive and you can find the same pieces of ceramic much cheaper in Avanos.
Must visit: Göreme to watch the hot air balloons and you can stay near there.
The staff, location, room. A big shout out to the breakfast chef and his kitchen staff. Amazing!! Friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was unbelievably fantastic. True Turkish with excellent coffee and tea. The location of the hotel is perfect. A two minute walk to town centre. Restaurants, historical sites and shops. Perfect!! Our room was clean, big and extremely comfortable. My wife loved the decor. Warm and embracing. Brilliant bathroom. All in all, 100% recommend.
Incredible helpful staff, gorgeous rooms with hot tubs, really comfy beds, great outdoor areas for sitting and enjoying the weather, lots of spots to relax around the hotel, and a great breakfast spread and delicious dinner in the restaurant. They even helped us put an extra bed in one of the rooms so two people wouldn't have to share a double bed, and baked a birthday cake specially for my mum's birthday, complete with candles and in the flavours we requested!
They treated me like a princess, and even more like family. I traveled as a solo female and I felt safe and welcomed. As a surprise they upgraded my room once the cave house room became available and also organized airport transfer for me. The manager and her son took me out to the mall to get some money from the ATM and I spent some great time with them. The rooms were extremely clean and the food was great. I was sad to leave. I highly recommend this hotel.
The hotel is wonderful, it is a family business and that makes it spectacular, its owners are very kind people, very concerned about making you feel at home, giving us advice on the places we can visit, making our stay very comfortable and familiar, the rooms They are beautiful, they are real caves that they adapted with all the comforts, the breakfast was very complete. We fell in love with the city and this wonderful Hotel.
Big and beautiful rooms. Very clean and apparently new. Well equipped with a hot tub, mini fridge, kettle and cups.
Both ladies were absolutely lovely. Our flight landed earlier than expected, so we got to the hotel a lot earlier, and the lady at reception was kind enough to check us in.
My husband and I travel a lot, and this has been definitely our favourite hotel so far.
Very clean rooms with huge beds, modern showers (hot water, great pressure, and fast drainage), heated floors, and a smart TV (with access to Netflix). A really luxurious hotel. I could not believe the price. Very kind staff. Probably not the best location if you don’t have a car - maybe a 20 min walk to a taxi/bus stand but I’m sure the hotel could also call a cab.
Really nice room and rly comfortable jacuzzis. The shower’s very comfy as well . And the staff is really helpful and friendly I would like to thank zeynep and nilufer in particular for helping us out. The hotel also get a nice pool (should have brought my swim wear). Moreover ,the food from the restaurant is rly nice .

Staff are very friendly, and they solved olur problem quickly. Easy to get to the hotel from airport. It is not in the Center but easy to arrive the City Center. There is a stop where it is too close the hotel. Breakfast was very delicious and variety.
Breakfast was very nice. It has everything you can find in a breakfast. The hotel is in a very nice location. The hot air balloon takeoff areas are right in front of you and you can watch the magnificent view from the hotel terrace.
The Staffs, Hatice and Sibel were very nice and helpful. They made us a nice Turkish breakfast. And the hotel is so aesthetic, I loved every little thing they put in our room. It was amazing... 😍
