The cottage accomodation is modest, nothing to write home about. The location a couple of minute drive from the Uvac canyon is great. The owner is exceptional. He speaks German and Spanish. We said we were glad to have dinner. He had no food on a Sunday evening, but drove to the butcher to get some. He prepared a jawdropping royal meal for us, a real culinary highlight. Same for breakfast next day. We never agreed and wondered what the food and drinks were going to cost, simply trusted the owner. Justifiably so, eventually we paid a very friendly price. The best holiday experience is to see confidence rewarded.

We had a wonderful time in Uvac Canyon. The location was perfect, a few minutes drive to the viewpoint, which was really breathtaking.
Our host was super friendly, we really felt like visiting family. He also helped us organizing a boat tour in the canyon!
The house was equipped with everything you can imagime, also had its little kitchen.
Would recommend this accomodation to everyone!

A very nice location, 2 km away from Viewpoint Veliki Vrh. Hosts were very friendly and helpful, the son of the host also speaks English, which was a huge plus for us!
The house we stayed in (koliba 1) was composed of 3 rooms, with plenty of space for 6 people (we were only 2). The interior was very nice, the exterior could use a little refurbishing, maybe a lick of paint. Rooms were spacious, bathroom was also spacious enough, you have everything you need in the kitchen. We didn't cook anything during our stay, so I can't tell you much about the cooking facilities.
Hosts also own the terase right next to the Viewpoint, so you can buy drinks and pancakes from therm at a more than a reasonable price if you don't have them already bought from Sjenica.

We had an amazing one night stay at Markove kolibe. The location on top of the hill and the view were absolutely stunning. We arrived just after a short rain and were surprised with a double rainbow.
The cottage is super comfortable, includes everything what one needs for a night or even a few nights stay. We were also provided with a small welcome drink in the fridge in form of home made rakija.
Everything went well and in the morning we enjoyed an amazing waking up moment when looking outside of the window. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!
Awesome town surrounded by pure nature. One of authentic national parks with huge animal population. Popular is because of one specific bird , Griffon vulture ! There are hiking areas , bicycle routes, good food and exploring cave and rivers... Just check it out and be adventurer and enjoy nature

as you may see we made a reservation at hotel Garni Borovi...
as you may see we made a reservation at hotel Garni Borovi in Sjenica. And when we went there, it was absolutely horror!!! The hotel is one big reconstruction area with the badgers, cranes, everything covered with dust and noise all around!!! We went there with the idea of having a calm and pleasant vacation in a clean area!!! We were absolutely shocked and decided to go back to Belgrade and never again go back to that horrible hotel!!!
I'm writing to you, just to know, not to recommend this hotel, because the current situation is everything except hotel for holiday and above all this hotel is in Serbia, we are Cristian orthodox country, it means that if you go to any hotel, restaurant or coffee shop, you may take beer or any other liquor if you wish. But not in that Garni Borici hotel!!! And I didn't see that it was highlighted FOR MUSLIMS ONLY!!!
