Out stay at Ostojic apartment was perfect - the host was super friendly, the cabin is beautiful - clean, warm, nicely decorated. It’s child friendly and pet friendly - we stayed there with two kids and a dog. They even had children’s books, that kept our toddler entertained. Our favorite thing was the window nook - and is way bigger than it looks on pictures.

Nice house in the middle if nowhere - actually the house was near a narrow train lane. Nice guest, very friendly , we talk to him with google translate. He said that to reach the Sargan eight departure point , one can go on the train lane about 1, 5 km. The internet was very fast - qiute a surprise.

I think 1-1,5 days is more then enough for visit, otherwise if you prefer to hike you could take more days

My favourite place was Mecavnik, Sgarganska Osmica, Banjska Stena, the smallest river, 365 meters long “River of the year”, Zaovine, Visegrad. The best restaurant is in Sarganska Osmica, which has affordable prices for the variety of food they offer. It was very easy to go around with the kind help of the locals who are very helpful.

Beautiful place in the mountains with an operating train doing tours through and around the hills. The place was nice and clean with a good breakfast included. Very serene and peaceful surroundings. Easily could have spend another day there and wish we would have had time to take the train. Close to Mt. Tara. Nice room at a reasonable price.

Next to the Tara Nat'l Park it has great views, access to the Sargan 8 train trip and Bella Voda for medicinal water. Peaceful spot but need your own transportation. The groceries are minimal so bring food if you plan to cook your own as well. Dvengrad small but interesting but charges to tour until 7pm. After that you can access the bar and restaurant with free entry.
Everything was excellent. The house is beautiful , everything was perfectly clean and organized. The owner is very friendly and hospitable, real domestic. Offered us coffee and rakija,and we talked ,told us about everything we can see and visit in Mokra Gora. We are very satisfied and we will come again. It was cold weather when we came but the owner made fire in fireplace for us ,so it was warm and cozy. A fairytale in the mountains. You should come here and enjoy in peace and nature,far away from city traffic and noise.
Boban and his mother are excellent hosts. Boban went out of the way to pick us up from the Uzice bus station and drive us to Mokra Gora. The accommodation was in pristine condition, cosy and comfortable. We had Rakija made by the host as a special compliment, Boban's hospitality was excellent. The place is next to the Shargan Eight station and 1200mts from Drvngard. We will definitely come back and also recommend all our friends to this place.
The hosts are super helpful and friendly. It was very lovely to get fruits, soft drinks, water, beer and rakia as a complement for the check-in. The house is not huge but very cozy and extremely clean. It is perfectly located close to the railway station Mokra Gora and the Shargan Eight train. There is a nice restaurant at the station so no problems with lunch or dinner availability. Definitely recommended for a visit!
Apartment Anica is very nice place in quiet area in Mokra gora. The apartment is very clean, equiped with everything necessery, the beds are very comfortable, there is a nice terace outside where you may have a diner. You may park the car in the yard close to the house. The doughters of the family are so sweet! They are speaking english and always ready to help you as the host is leaving in the next house.
Amazing location, we have visited lovely places in Mokra gora, Sargan, Tara, rivers and lakes. It would be great if there were prospects for walking tours on Mokra gora. Wonderful nature, clean environment and great people live there too. Hotel staff is very proffesional, service was very well, prices at hotel are simmilar to Belgrade restaurants. All in all really nice vacation 🙂
It was a very friendly and modern furnitured apartment. The creek on the boerder of the yard was beautiful. We were together with our dog, She enjoyed really well running in the nature. The apartman is very close to the sightseeing possibilities in Mokra Gora. 50 minutes drive from Tara national Park. The host was very friendly, we received As a gift, one bottle rakija.
5 mins walk from the train station for the Sargan 8. Also a lovely 25 mins walk to Bele Vode. Offer of coffee and rakyia on arrival was appreciated. They don't speak English, but the husband is an expert with google translate. Lovely balcony on upper floor and great space for breakfast by the pond with lots of flowers. Very peaceful setting
The place has great vibes with its location, exciting way up to the hill from the direction of Mokra Gora. The staff was very friendly and helpful, room was pretty big and cozy, with nice view, and it was wonderful to have a separated sleeping area in the gallery. Breakfast was tasty but could have been a bit bigger portion.
Our stay at Cerova Kosa was a highlight of our time in Serbia. The property has bags of character and it is like staying in a fairytale house.
It is also very conveniently located for exploring Mokra Gora and the Tara national park. Dragan is the perfect host - very kind and helpful.

Fantastic hotel with all features and details carefully taken care of! We were lucky to get a room upgrade and enjoyed fully in the comfort, joy and quality of our big apartment! We had a huge King+ size bed. The breakfast is truly delicious with big variety. We are planning to return and stay longer over there.
The location is great for exploring Mokra Gora and Tara parks, as well as close to the cities of Zlatibor and Višegrad. The hotel itself is very appealing, with a railroad museum close by and the option to ride on the train. Having a restaurant downstairs is convenient.
The location is a bit remote, and it was excellent for me. The road is paved to the hotel, and it goes on but it's gravel. The view is awesome, the air fresh and the peak of Mount Tara is near by. Not the best view from the peak, but the trail is nice :D
Amazing staff in Iver and in Mecavnik( as we spent one night there as well). Apart from the natural beauty that is evident true jewels of both resorts are members of staff. Thank you All for great treatment that was extended to absolutely everyone.
