The Rose Town Motel is tidy but a bit worn at the edges. Value is OK but I have stayed at much newer and tidier places near this for a similar price or less. YMMV.

A very pleasant setting and comfortable room. This was a repeat visit, I am very happy with this property as it meets my needs and is in a great location. I enjoyed a sunset over Pirongia from the private terrace on this occasion, very relaxing.
Close to Pirongia Pines where we attended a wedding. Very comfortable bed, great shower, clean and an excellent breakfast…. cereal, fruit, juice, full cooked breakfast! Also lovely muffins in our room on arrival.
