The hotel is stunningly situated. The suites at the hotel are beautiful with lots of local and historical details. The lounge area with large windows facing the valley is great for chilling out with a local beer in the evening. We only had a short stay but we’re spoilt for choice on the number of hikes from the hotel- they were all well sign posted and we got good advice from reception. Breakfast was in the lovely historic dining room and used local produce. The whole place is very friendly and full of character. Can’t wait to go back!

The accommodation was clean spacious, and well-furnished with a lot of kitchen appliances and utensils. The owners even turned the heating on in our rooms prior to our arrival, which we very much appreciated since it was already cold outside.

The quietness, beautiful situation of the campsite, very warm welcome and nice atmosphere was great. There were many beautiful hikes at a small drive of 20 minutes distance. Also beautiful lakes to sit at and we had here a short fresh swimm in the lakes. The environment at a 30 minutes drive to the high mountain plateau gives you beatiful views.
