The lounge area with large windows facing the valley is great for chilling out with a local beer in the evening. We only had a short stay but we’re spoilt for choice on the number of hikes from the hotel- they were all well sign posted and we got good advice from reception. Breakfast was in the lovely historic dining room and used local produce. The whole place is very friendly and full of character. Can’t wait to go back!

A beautiful location with splendid views. Staff ( 1 person, plus cook ??) was extremely informative and helpful. The beef we had at dinner was superb and tasted even better with the suggested Italian wine. This is a fantastic location with some of the more interesting hiking and climbing routes in Norway, near the Jotunheimen Nasjonalpark. We choose the accomodation in the "Swiss chalet" and this allow us to save a lot of money :-) without losing the magnificence of the place and additional services provided by the hotel like for example the very good dinner (one of the best we have in Norway). The Chalet is really beautiful and extremely functional. Clean and full of services, like the shower and the drying room.
Randsverk
The location nearby Jotunheimen national Parc (Valdresflye) within the forrest full of hike, bike and moose safari activities is fantastic and the beautiful huskies are nearby the apartments so you can visit them easily. There are different seats divided over the compound and for children they have a trampoline and other tools to play with. The owners and also their little daughter give you a lot of information about their huskies and you can have regular meet and greets with their beautiful dogs and puppies.
Lom
Very spacious, more like a house than apartment. Good location in the middle of nature with some hikes starting from your front door and others like the amazing Sognefjell at short drive. Little shop down the road. Wonderful views over Jotunheimen. Our family loved it here, good alternative for "boring" hotels, having a car pretty to reach and move around this place is pretty essential.

Best hotel we've stay in Norway. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room was very small, but clean and cozy. The hotel restaurant made us a vegan meals, which were extremely delicious. They even have vegan options for breakfast. Great location in you want to explore Jotunheimen NP. I would stay here one more time.
The hotel is located in the middle of the Jotunheimen natural reserve park and has several hiking trips starting right outside the door. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the beer list is amazing and long, dinners are outstanding. This place is literally perfect!
Storrvik
One of our best hotel we ve ever had : wonderful lodges, great location. Very close to Jotunheimen park and Lom (hike paradise). The hosts are kind, offered us some Easter egg. Much better in real life than on picture.
Staying in Roisheim is an excetional experience (!!). This is a true heritage hotel, in the beautiful Jotunheimen landscape, with a charming couple that run the place. Don't miss the dinner.
The place was perfect; we stayed one night, very cozy and lovely and the host very friendly and welcoming. I Highly recommend this place.
The location of the campsite was stunning, with beautiful views down to the river and footpaths from the cabin door. Our cabin was spacious, with comfortable beds, facilities for cooking, and a very clean bathroom. The staff at the campsite were extremely welcoming and helpful. A particular highlight was the turf-roofed pub on-site, serving delicious pizza and drinks around a roaring fire, which was just what we needed after a long drive during the day!
A lovely little place to stay with excellent access to some great walks. Significantly better fitted out than we expected.
