It's a really nice place, with nice cabins. The view is really outstanding. The kitchen and the bathroom are okay, and the televisions are smart tvs.

This town Bissmo has a supermarket and a roadhouse diner, thats pretty much it. Its a place to stay near some spectacular mountains if you have a car, but nothing more than a base point for further exploration
One of the best places i ever stayed in. I miscalculated my driving time, so i was supposed to arrive at 1 a.m. The owner and i found a solution, so i was able to check-in even later, at 2 a.m.
Nice family-style hotel, comfy beds, everything looks new, very clean, authentic, stunning vies from windows. Perharps the nicest breakfast i ever had (see photo). Close to famous Geiranger, also it is situated at the entrance of the national nature park.
Very nice old farming house. Modern and comfortable renovation by heart. All equipment (e.g of the kitchen available). Perfect veranda for relaxation. Helpful.host in case of open issues. Very quiet environment, far off the main road; fast /easy accessibility: located at the secondary road parallel to and north of the river and the main road between Bismo and Lom. The street numbers (326 Skjak solside) are indicated along this road.
Where do I start? The hotel is very nice and has a cosy feel. It is a bit like coming home. Staff was incredible friendly and genuinely interested in what we did. They even gave us pointers where to go or what to pay attention to. The location itself is a perfect basecamp for hikes. Smack in the middle of 3 national parks. The restaurant serves greats fresh food at a good price. We felt home from the first minute.
The hotel is located on a way between route 55 Lom and Geiranger and it is really convinient to stay there when you make round trip in Norway.There is beautiful view on the river, staff is really helpful and very kind. Its possible to have dinner when you arrive as they serve it from 4pm. And what was really the best was the bed, very, very comfortable.
Beautifully refurbished cabin on an old farmland property. The apartment is super cozy and Skjåk is a nice area for hiking and other outdoor activities. Last but not least, Amund is a friendly and accommodating host. We can only recommend this place.
Convenient location, good for a rest/stop over on a long drive. Historical old building, comes with its quirks, room may need updating. There is a waterfall at the back of the hotel. Staffs were very good, dinner was a positive surprise.

Building from the 19th century, very beautiful, decorated with old farm tools, very interesting. Acceptable breakfast. Nice staff. Next to the hotel runs a beautiful river with a lot of flow.
