good historical town. very laid back. plenty of good food to sample and eat. but like all smaller town, you need to be more relaxed and take life at a more slower pace. Do do some research on some of the sites of some historical significance, such a birdge builded by the british but was blown up by them to prevent the Japanese invasion during the Second World War.

Segamat is a small town but a busy one.
Segamat is a small town but a busy one. The people there are nice but you have to be extra vigilant when driving around town because there are a lot of treacherous roads and it's easy for you to miss any intersection that you want to take in the first place. Just drive slowly and safely and ignore those who honked you as long as you drive safely and abide the rules accordingly.

Not much that i Can say because on Saturday most Of The shops are closed for Us To visit. But it was a good stay there. My stay only 3D2N and not much i Can explore there since i have a short Of time.
I could say this is the best experience I have in Segamat. Well, cnt expect much for a hotel in a small town but VIP hotel absolutely exceeds my expectation. There are plenty of parking spaces behind the hotel. Buffet breakfast is delicious with a lot of varieties for a hotel and the main is their staff are just so friendly and helpful. There is a gym room and swimming pool however it is under maintenance when my visit. Wifi connection is fast which suitable for me during my work trip.
Good location middle town, free parking at basement, clean, nice environment, staff also very good, but very hard to find breakfast early morning how ever it's 8.30am already. Have to drove a bit far to find our breakfast. Overall it's good. Will choose this hotel if we come again to this town 😀
I have been cheated by Booking.com and OYO Hotel. I expected Booking.com to be a good and reliable app, but the OYO Hotel I pre-booked was closed. The front door is locked, and the hotel appears to be abandoned, not as depicted on the app.
This is a relative new building. well maintained. still looks fresk. unlike most hotel of similar class, its lobby is huge and spacious. Very welcoming. they also rpovide good amenities such as towel, toiletries and mineral water.
