The location of the hotel was ok, not quite in the middle of town, but not too far away.
The room I stayed in was small, but clean. The shower pressure was decent, which is all you want, really.

Like the location. Opposite the hotel have a dinning mama shop. Selling delicious food like Satay and Muslim food.
They even cooked Chinese seafood rice because we don't take spicy food.
There is also a supermarket nearby.

good historical town. very laid back. plenty of good food to sample and eat. but like all smaller town, you need to be more relaxed and take life at a more slower pace. Do do some research on some of the sites of some historical significance, such a birdge builded by the british but was blown up by them to prevent the Japanese invasion during the Second World War.

Segamat is a small town but a busy one.
Segamat is a small town but a busy one. The people there are nice but you have to be extra vigilant when driving around town because there are a lot of treacherous roads and it's easy for you to miss any intersection that you want to take in the first place. Just drive slowly and safely and ignore those who honked you as long as you drive safely and abide the rules accordingly.

One peaceful small town for family business with all conveniences. Used to be the origin branch for the Malaysia infamous textile seller JAKEL. They claimed 'Durian Segamat' also one of the best durian in Malaysia.
cleanliness, warm, pleasant, helpful staff (reception,cleaner).
Needs improvement in the bathroom. When bathing, water flows out easily into toilet area as the floor area of the bathroom is not raised.
The area for brushing teeth /washing hands etc. a small towel should be provided so that guests can dry up the area.
Easy access to lots of fast food chains, shops, cafes and Billion supermarket.. basement private parking and the guard auntie also very friendly.. staffs are also very helpful and polite.. hotel rooms clean, toiletteries full package..
Such a wonderful one night stay with family.. I requested connecting room and they fullfilled it.. thank you for your hospitality
Room very big... Inside room all clean.. Hotel just next to main road but for parking you still can park at the back of the hotel if in front already full...it still have door to access from back. And at the back of the hotel also have food court...So, for breakfast no need to drive just walk over there..😊✌🏻
Decent hotel with enough amenities for comfortable stay. Very poor wifi in my room. Room is clean. Towel. mattress cover and duvet cover had their days and need to change as the color is more like 'dirty white' then white. Otherwise close to shops and eateries.
Staff was ok..but very disappointing to find out there was WiFi facility but not mentioned when I checked in , only at 9pm , on my own initiative called the front office to ask if any wifi available ..First hotel i stayed without a phone to call front office.
The only upside I can say is the location is strategic. You get 3 fast foods right opposite and in the same row of the hotel, a hypermarket just down the corner, a lot of eateries if you drive around. They also provide free parking in the basement.
I have been cheated by Booking.com and OYO Hotel. I expected Booking.com to be a good and reliable app, but the OYO Hotel I pre-booked was closed. The front door is locked, and the hotel appears to be abandoned, not as depicted on the app.
Checking in and checking out process is smooth. The location is within new township of Segamat, ample parking space & lots of restaurants, desert cafes & convenient stores around. Definitely the best in town.
The unit is spacious enough to accommodate 5 of us.
The swimming pool is also an attraction that I wouldn't miss as it is huge and there is a roof so we didn't suffer the heat from the sun.
We had the suite room which has a sofa and a king bed. Comfy for travelling for 5. The hotel was just refurbished with new layout, paint and furniture. Good value for money
