clean room..value for money..perfect for short stay
The bathroom is in need of a thorough cleaning. Toilet bowl especially needs a good scrubbing. Not up to par. There was no water supply in the hotel on Sunday until later in the day. Requested for room with facilities for disabled person, not available. Facilities for disabled person are crucial especially in the bathroom to prevent fall.

Actually I was surprised by the number of things tourist can do here in Muar. There is a river cruise as well as a sunset lookout point. Then, there are also the old buildings around the town. To add, this is also a food haven town with many great places to try and local dishes are a must.
Traffic in Muar can be hectic at times with the traffic lights can be a bit confusing as to whether the right lane turns right or to go straight, and the left lane turns left or to go straight. There are many many cars on the roads during peak hours but not much delay experienced.
It was a really short trip so didn't had a chance to seek out its shopping scene.

Muar is a very clean town.
Muar is a very clean town. I really admire that. my friends and I was there on a Saturday so most of the shops are closed. You will find alot of activities to do in Muar. Tonnes of superb food, just search for it.

1. Bring your own iron as hotel iron was at common area and its already stuck at the wall. One cannot dismantle it n bring to your room for ironing
2. Lighting jn room and bathroom were so dim. Not safe for elderly people n kids.

Muar is a quiet and an old town famous for its fishing and ancient trading. The river view is serene. Eateries are all around and you can choose according to your budget, There's a night bazaar also where they sell local stuff. People are friendly. Getting around is easy thanks to online taxi services or you could simply walk around to explore the city as the city is clean and have a fine weather.
the room is not so spacious..need to squeeze a bit during Solat..
Location is very good. Getting food is not a problem. Dominos pizza, secret receipe, 7eleven, Muar soup house, and of course, satay for breakfast. everything is walking distance..
hotel location on main road..noise from mat rempit is there, esp, for room+window+facing main road.

LOCATION - near to everything. You name it.
PARKING - Ample FREE parking space. Got back entrance for guest so you dont have to walk all the way to the front just to get in.
ROOM - the room is HUGE. When you travel with a 6 years old an a 2 years old, you'll appreciate a big room.
CLEAN - very clean. Almost too clean. Credit to the housekeeping staff.
VALUE FOR MONEY - for price like that, you don't expect much but good place to rest with your family. And this is it.
The makeshift house-homestay-hotel style is neat. Everything I would expect to have in this price range is there for my disposal, and more. Place is relatively quiet in the evening. Car park is within gated area. There is private pool, wifi and good basic/local tv channels reception.
Strategic location just beside tip top shifudo family friendly restaurant, walking distance to Kopi 434 local food stalls, street art. Friendly and hospitable reception plus super clean too. Recommended for family and friends short stay for Muar JJCM. Awesome!
I knew that’s a cheap hotel but at least please welcome to your guests with at least ‘Smile’. That’s a important value as first impression from staff to their guests while check in time.

The hotel is conveniently located near Bentayan bus stop, just a 2-minute walk away. Plus, there are various amenities nearby such as KFC, 7-Eleven, Agro Bazaar, restaurants, and a laundromat. It's really convenient for travelers
Its near to the city,and convenient as it has alot of shops around the hotel. The staff are friendly and helps with the check in process.
The room are equipped with basic items like mineral water,toothbrush,shower cap and etc.

Location wise - it's at a quiter place not far from the Muar town. Very near to the main intersection of the bypass that lead toward Muar, Batu Pahat, Tangkak, Melaka and Kuala Lumpur.
The hotel look neat and tidy even though the cafe is no longer in operation. Overall cleanliness at common area is great, including the public toilet at the lobby/cafe area.
Free flow hot coffee and chocolate at the lobby, the decoration of hotel is very aesthetic! We had stayed here for few times and never dissapointed with the service
