K'ooben Laab You must eat there!!! All their food is good and the one thing I regret was not trying their special until the last night. (Yes 4 meals there). Kondesa is another must experience. Great food, ambience, and live music. We did Buccanos for the day beach resort. Entry fee is applied to bar/food bill. Cozumel Sailing out of the north marina. They will give you a great day on the water. If the wind is good they'll get you a spinnaker ride! Check it out! The snorkeling is great! Easy to get around Island if you rent a vehicle or the Taxi's are easy and plentiful. Drivers are very nice and very helpful.

We stayed at the Barracuda twice. Once two weeks prior.
We stayed at the Barracuda twice. Once two weeks prior. This time it was because our booking at another resort was mishandled. I knew we would have just as a good, or better time if we spent the last 5 days at the Barracuda. We did. We enjoy being close to downtown for shopping and especially eating. We have two friends on the island that make for having a great time. This time we rented for one day a dune buggy. I went parasailing, my wife, snorkeling. We enjoy resting and taking int eh beach area of the Barracuda and the No Name Bar. As one staying there we received a 50% off our drinks and food if we paid cash (we did). Credit card still got you a 35% off. It was wonderful. When back in Cozumel, we will stay there from 1 to 4 nights anytime.

Since my first visit more than forty years ago, Cozumel has grown by an order of magnitude. I always consider it unfortunate but perhaps inevitable when the cruise ships find an island paradise. There follows all the same shops (tanzanite, anyone?) and price inflation, and for divers like us, it doesn't do the reefs any good. But Cozumel still has its charm. You can walk away from the cruise ship dominated centro and find a delightful town. Most of the Island is undeveloped and the windward side is fun to visit. Rent a jeep or a volkswagen convertible, grab your snorkeling gear, and spend the day swimming and snorkeling from a number of beaches. And of course the magnificent reefs that made Cozumel famous with SCUBA divers.

Sue strand was the best host her place is awesome the home is beautiful and best location you have everything you need in her home so don’t pack a lot I stayed two weeks originally it was for one I didn’t want to go home thankfully she had extra days open I did not want to go home and already let her know I am coming back in six weeks.I named her place Sue’s Heaven because that what it felt like entering her wrought iron gate you feel like all your worries are left at the door.Sue place is in the safest area right in town with locked gate and locked front door and a locked entrance to second floor and again a lock on your private entrance to your room which I never felt like I had to lock. Her neighbor next door is the sweetest lady I loved it that I get up normally around four am for coffee and she is an early bird so I would have a coffee buddy and she loves to go walking in morning first morning there we walked on ocean for six miles and stopped at my favorite restaurant on ocean Sunset and had the best breakfast than off to walk it off when we got back home I jumped in the lovely pool and layer out on lounger for the rest of the day so private. So if your looking at places to stay this is it I have been coming to Cozumel for forty years and stayed at resorts are condos which cost a a lot more and still needed to rent a car to get around but Sue place is in town a block from ocean and two blocks to grocery store and one block from heart of cozumel central square everything at your fingertips. What was great take you snorkle gear and walk up to beach no cost and swim and snorkle all day and every day.

Coral Island Suites is perfect for rest and relaxation!
Coral Island Suites is perfect for rest and relaxation! It is clean and beautiful. Jasmine is the best host! It’s located in a typical Mexican neighborhood-not noisy at night. There are several restaurants within walking distance. Definitely get a rental car-you’re not close to town and you’ll want to go to the other side of the island. The only disappointment for us was not swimming in the ocean-but we could have gone to one of the nearby beach clubs if we wanted. The pool is fantastic! Plenty of loungers. You’ll love it!!

I would go walking from hotel to diving boat marina every morning at 6:00AM and pet the dogs Shasho and Chapiro at the dive boat marina. been coming here for 40 years..then I go and play basketball with the locals as I have for 40 years...got a massage with Lucy +52 987 100 2744...each day for 26 days...Lucy is the best in the world....then go eat at Sucre Salse or Gordita Burrito....then go drink fresh coconut juice from the juice stand on the street 1/4 mile North of the airport connecting road by the ocean...I've spent a year of my life doing this and thank God that I can live the life I live.....
We were so pleased to find ourselves at the Wyndham Trademark Hotel on Cozumel. It provided a gentle, welcoming environment after a busy, frenetic day of travel. The staff support in reception was so helpful and welcoming. That same support was present in all the staff members we encountered. This is not a new hotel, and she’s showing some age, but the setting and staff and amenities, including pool area abd breakfast abd beach overlook, made up for any details in age. This is a hood place to stay!
Wonderful location. The hotel consists of several small building connected by winding paths. Situated in a forest with nature all around - plenty of green and wildlife.
The food is nice and drinks we’re also very good. particularly the cocktails from the pool bar. Good service from sun loungers at the pool and on the beach. The steaks in the speciality Mexican restaurant were tasty.
The room was a good size with lovely bathroom and well stocked minibar.
- Right at the sea
- Room with great sea view
- Daily varying breakfast buffet
- Sea good for snorkeling
- Calm area for adults only
- Great location with the infinity pool, the direct sea access, the artificial island/platform in front of the hotel.
All in all it was all really great to relax and chill out at the hotel B. We went to Cozumel for the last 3 days after a ~10 days road trip across the Yucatan peninsula. Highly recommended!
Staff booked and organized our scooter rental, our boat trip and even our COVID test. They are well informed about every little spot in Cozumel. We even got a voucher for free entrance, chairs/umbrella, beer and snorkel at Palancar beach. Hotel is located few minutes walk distance from the ferry port. Easy check-in and out. Free mineral water at any time. Breakfast is served at your door (croissant and coffe).
Liked pretty much all the facilities at the hotel. The food was quite good and there were so many options! I like that they had daily events, from live music to fun activities with other guests ( volleyball, quizes, sports classes on the beach, bracelet workshops etc ). If you are an animal lover, you're going to love all the animals roaming around the property. Would definitely come back!
Nice place for short or long stay in Cozumel. This small hotel is located in the city center, not far from the ferry port, surrounded by restaurants, bakeries, cafes and moped/car rentals. The room is very cute with a comfortable bathroom, balcony, small kitchenette and fridge. Very comfortable bed. I was pleasantly surprised that the room was cleaned every day :)
Excellent all-inclusive option in Cozumel (cheaper than the options in Cancun). Located at the end of the island, it takes 20 minutes by taxi. A perfect exclusive beach with direct access to diving tours. All-inclusive food services are good, with four restaurants (3 with reservations). The drinks are okay; don't expect 12-year whisky or sophisticated drinks.
Cozy little "boutique" hotel with friendly, efficient, smiling, helpful staff, especially Yisel. Spacious, comfy rooms with good amenities.
Coffeemaker in the room wasn't working, but it was promptly replaced by the staff.
Good location (not seafront, obviously)
Nice, filling breakfast with eggs, ham, bacon, toast, fruit, coffee, juices.
Our main purpose for coming to Cozumel was to scuba dive so we appreciated the rinse of tub and the hanging space to dry gear. The property was a nice walkable location within the main town centre. Also the street parking was very helpful! The host was very quick to answer our messages and provided 2 5gal water jugs for our weeks stay.
rooms comfortable, as advertised in pictures. excellent service, friendly staff! cute hotel cats! breakfast was wonderful and included with stay. right in the heart of the Mexican side of Cozumel. 5 minute walk from the more tourist focused areas. sad we only had one night here, everything was perfect. zero complaints
The staff was very nice and helpful, the restaurant/bar/pool area was nice, and the hotel is visible from the ferry and only a 5-10 minute walk from both the port and the center of Cozumel. The room was clean and the shower worked well. The hotel helped us reserve two spots on a snorkel tour to El Cielo.
I loved the drift snorkeling along the beach! The water was crystal clear in front of the resort, fish swam around you. Long walks on the beach were amazing. The water was the most beautiful I’ve been in while in México. It’s very murky on the main land in Mexico!!
Central hotel on Cozumel just a few meters from the main plaza and maybe 3 minutes walk from the ferry terminal. It´s an older building but quiet and with a nice courtyard. The rooms are functional but nothing special - but who stays in the room on Cozumel anyway....
Sebastian is super friendly and helpful
Nice that there is a fridge available outside the room to keep your food and drinks cold.
The hotel is outside the very touristic area. Lots of typical local Mexican places nearby where you can eat (cheap).
pool with the water deck; grounds; beach; variety of restaurants; beach view room; sample massage from spa; lots of chaises on the beach and lots of beach towels; separate toilet from shower and sinks
Stylish, spacious and comfortable rooms. Definately one of the nicest designs on the island. There aren't many modern and nice hotels. For the price it's a good value on Cozumel.
I was in cozumel to scuba. The location of the hotel was perfect, city center close to ferry. lots of restaurants and bars close by and short taxi ride to marina fonatur.
