One of the greenest cities l have ever visited. Very friendly people. One should stay near the Panfilova park which is a very beautiful big park with the tallest wooden church in the world.

Nice country with very nice people, they are very helpful and respectful to other people. My only concern is the touristic areas are underdeveloped and the infrastructure needs improvement. Otherwise, the country is very clean and safe but it needs improvement in the touristic areas. Sometimes we may travel for 2 hours then you find a big lake without any facilities or entertaining locations

Not to miss - lakes , canyons and the ski resort area
Local food for hardcore non vegetarians - must try Pulov , horse meat , dumplings, and fresh fruit and juices .
Locals are helpful , friendly and welcoming, keep your language translator app on !!! Very few people speak English .

The rooms are great, I mainly booked (superior double) to have a lot of space for my girlfriend and me to be able to work next to each other, terrace views are nice, reception staff and cleaning service were super accommodating and knew our names within 1 or 2 days of our stay :) :) reception staff (Aygerim in particular) were super super helpful (even managed to organise a vase on 8th March International Women's day). Also the hotel managed to receive delayed luggage from Almaty airport without my intervention
Cozy place ..it feels like home. Great host. Nellie is genuinely nice and caring. She welcomed me with a smile and ensure the allocated bed is supplied with clean sheet and pillow also blanket. Kitchen is well equipped and super clean and tidy. The garden is simple but well looked after. Love the Kitty 😺. She is adorable. Bathroom with an oversize bath. Very clean. Even this place has a sauna as well as shower cubicle with jet sprays, like in the 5 star luxury hotel. Amazing.
The staff are very helpful especially front office dilnaz and Deniz. They helped us for the touring of resort . The bell boy treated us with kazakistan traditional sweets . Dilnaz and Deniz they coordinate for our buggy tour. The story about the property and the construction of the property was explained by them. Swimming pool is the best experience I got here. This hotel deserves five stars as it is clean, the room is large and the bed is comfortable. In addition to the excellent air conditioning and a bathroom that contains all washing requirements. The reception staff also has a beautiful spirit and a smile that makes customers happy. Entry and exit procedures are fast and smooth. If I visit Almaty, I will definitely choose this hotel.
Location was perfect. It's near hotel kazakhstan and dostky ave. A lot of money changers and food places around. Room was comfortable and it had an attached bathroom. The receptionist Makhabbat was very welcoming and speaks English. She was very helpful in anything I need and arranged for me the sauna too. Breakfast was a good buffet style. Wifi was working well
The value for money is truly incredible. It’s a very authentic hotel, basic but does the job. The location is good, a 10 minute walk from Zhibek Zholy street and close to the train station too. The staff were very friendly, all the basic facilities were there. If you’re looking for a cheap hotel in Almaty, this is a good option.
I did not like a singe thing about this hotel. The worst place I have stayed ever by a mile. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay in this place, just stay anywhere else but this place. Even sleeping at the airport will be better than this place.

This hotel is great for relaxing. Upon arrival, we had a problem with cleaning the room, and the hotel immediately brought its changes by raising the class of the room to the luxury class. We are very satisfied with our stay at the hotel.
