A well organised city.
A well organised city. Shymbulak Snow Mountain is very close by to city. Lots of Indian restaurants available. Yandex Go ( Taxi App ) is very nominal and also available immediately from Booking. Highly recommend tourist to use Yandex go. Don't use Airport taxi agents who approach you , they offer less price to get hold of customers however while dropping they charge heavy,so be careful and better not use them. Instead you may use prepaid taxi or Yandex Go.

And about my Apartment now. Host is very cooperative since booking. Give me early paid one day check-in just by message. They also arrange for storage of our luggage for 4-5 hours. I will again stay in this apartment

Excelent city, clean, beautifull builgings, lots of park, very peacefull place with such friendly and helpfull people. I never felt such good and positive vibe in any if my travels as I felt in Almaty. Excelent experience for the senses and and the soul.
The hotel was really clean, quiet, and centrally located to the north train station and bus lines to the airport. The bed was pretty comfortable and the bathroom was extremely clean. The breakfast was good. Even though the hotel wasn't in the city center, it was about a 30 minute walk to the main zones OR you could easily take a super cheap bus just down the street (about a 5 min walk to the bus stop). Also, a metro station was about a 7-8 minute walk away. So... quite well connected to the city, but for a fraction of the city prices!!
A beautiful hotel staffs very friendly & hospitable specially Gulshat and Damir, Breakfast buffet really nice lots of choices. Had an evening meal, for such a large hotel prices very reasonable. Had a problem with my reservation but the Manager Feruz was amazing he helped me to sort it out immediately Great service. Will be going back.

It has a very welcoming and comfortable feeling. The staff is amazing. We stayed there for two days, the breakfast was big and tasty. We also washed our clothes there for no aditional charge. At the end of our stay we even got a small Kazakhstani chocholate!
After this stay we needed a place to store our bags in Almaty (because we then went on a 5 day trip elsewhere) and the host was generous enough to offer us to leave them at the hostel.
A SMALL HOTEL IN Central Almaty. Near all the attractions in Almaty. Next a 24 hour supermarket. The room itself is decent enough and clear. The amenities were basic but do the job. I have no complaints about the size of the room. Hotel is inside a residential building. Very quiet at night. I slept well. The hotel staff were polite. Almaty is getting pricey. I do find this hotel is somewhat budget friendly.

That was a perfect place to stay in early January this year regarding the fact that it was so unstable situation in Almaty those days. Hotel staff did their best to provide food in the local restaurant despite the inability to get groceries. I'd like to mention that security was on their duty 24/7 taking care of guests in really hard times. Thank you very much!

Great location, huge, well-appointed room. Breakfast was varied and excellent quality, with espresso drink, meats, cheeses, breads, jams, fruits, vegetables, and a huge assortment of pastries. The hotel arranged airport transportation for a very reasonable rate, and allowed us to check in at 6 AM (and get breakfast) for a reasonable add-on.
Massive room, massive bathroom at a very reasonable price point and decent breakfast spread.

Everithing was good. Location is very convenient, shopping center Dostyk is not far, lot of restaraunts and cafes near the hotel. Cable car Kok-Tebe near the hotel, you can go up to see the Almaty from bird's eye vie.
Breakfast is very nice! In my experience its the best breakfast in Almaty city after Rixos. Location of a hotel is perfect. Everything is near by. Rooms are clean and the staff is really friendly and nice!:)
