The staff are very accommodating and friendly. Bus stop for bus no 12 ( kok tobe and Shymbulk ski resort) and 92 (airport bus) is just two minutes away. The bus stop is very close to the hotel. There are many good restaurants, convenient stores, currency exchanges nearby. Near to required facilities, such as transport, banking, restaurant, shopping. One of the greenest cities l have ever visited. Very friendly people. One should stay near the Panfilova park which is a very beautiful big park with the tallest wooden church in the world.

Nice country with very nice people, they are very helpful and respectful to other people. My only concern is the touristic areas are underdeveloped and the infrastructure needs improvement. Otherwise, the country is very clean and safe but it needs improvement in the touristic areas. Sometimes we may travel for 2 hours then you find a big lake without any facilities or entertaining locations

Not to miss - lakes , canyons and the ski resort area
Local food for hardcore non vegetarians - must try Pulov , horse meat , dumplings, and fresh fruit and juices .
Locals are helpful , friendly and welcoming, keep your language translator app on !!! Very few people speak English .
Recommend to have a local Mobile number for booking taxis , deliveries
Overall , a must visit to explore something new , interesting and pocket friendly .

The size of the room was excellent, and the location of the hotel was in the center of Almaty. We tried the Spa.. it was great and very professional and most enjoyable. The Spa facilities were great and very clean. The Breakfast was superb....
Also, Transportation (Taxi's ) are super cheap as long as you use their own application (YANDEXGO) similar to UBER.
All shopping malls are within minutes taxi trips. Brand shopping malls are available and also very affordable malls are available.
Very well maintained hotel, nicely decorated, with comfortable rooms and beds. Great mattress and pillows. The pool was nice and bigger than it looked in the photos. However, the staff of the hotel - those at the front desk, in the restaurant, and throughout the hotel - made our stay perfect. Denis, in particular, is a true gentleman and a hospitality professional. This hotel made our trip to Almaty an easy and enjoyable one.
The location is absolutely perfect for me: A huge mall with many food options, supermarkets, shopping etc. is just 5 minutes walk. Also, the hotel is located right at the river which leads you in a wonderful 15- to 20-minute stroll to the First President Park, one of Almaty's top public gardens. These things are not obvious if you only look at a static map, but during the stay will have a big positive impact on the experience
Location was perfect. It's near hotel kazakhstan and dostky ave. A lot of money changers and food places around. Room was comfortable and it had an attached bathroom. The receptionist Makhabbat was very welcoming and speaks English. She was very helpful in anything I need and arranged for me the sauna too. Breakfast was a good buffet style. Wifi was working well
I love the location and the vibe at the lobby of the hotel. It is a tall building in the center of Almaty close to the main sightseeing places such as Kok Tobe etc. There is a free parking which is very convenient if you are traveling by car. Breakfasts are huge and tasty and the thing to highlight is that breakfasts are served from 6 to 11.
Era mini hotel is very clean, nice and cozy. Staff was well organized and client oriented. When I arrived May 1st, it was so raining in Almaty, and the air was quite cool and cold, so the room was warm thanks to conditioner. Staff advised me to warm my room. Good location close to Almaty 1 station. Easy access to bus and local transport. I stayed in a suite room which was clean and comfortable. The veg biryani was delicious. It has dormitories and rooms at different prices..the hotel is safe and Person at reception also helped me to print my tickets too..

There is a bit noise from the A/C at the roof,but I was ok this that.Overall the room is very comfortable.
The spa is ok, but the sauna is too small and located in changing room.
I had wonderful experience. I really recommend this place. I also met other tourists from Egypt, Nigeria, Russia and Kazakhstan. They also told me about their best experience here. The hosts were nice, helpful and kind. Thanks for making my stay awesome here.

The place is so relaxing and very cozy. It is so neat that it exceeded our expectation. If really feels more than home away from home. Kudos to the host! They are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Will definitely choose them when we come back to Almaty, Kazakhstan.
The hotel is nice and the location is great. I live in Almaty and for me it was a short escape from the city and enjoying nature, relaxation and the pool. The rooftop breakfast experience was also very pleasant. They provide robes and slippers, and it is very convenient.
I liked the overall atmosphere of the hotel. It’s really peaceful there. You can literally study in the hallway for hours. But I was there for just to explore Almaty so I didn’t get to use all the services there. I can say it’s the best capsule hotel I ever been to!
