The location, staff and ambience were top of the line. Pricey as expected, but otherwise, everything you could ask for. The food at Brava, The Italian restaurant was superb. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and fabulous too.
All the staff were awesome and always happy to oblige for even the smallest request.

The place is great, but beware of the scams - shoes scam, horses scam, gondola queue jumping scam, and a long queue for entry to the gondola. I dont know if I will get a refund for the cancelled part of phase 2 of gondola ride.
Cozy room at the base of Gulmarg.It's actually Tangmarg.Lovely carpetson the floor with a loving family and a very ,highly skilled and knowledgeable person in Rizwan and his brother Nasir.Rizwan is a treasure trove of knowledge,from the local folklore to Mech Engg,from Software to a community leader.
Some of the activities Rizwan has organised for the youth of the town are highly commendable as are his contributions to organising activities for skiers and skiing teams.
Every one needs a little bit of Rizwan.
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The rooms were beautifully designed and offered stunning views of the surrounding area. Very nice hospitality. Rooms are big, neat and clean The food served was amazing .Eventhough it is located slightly far away from gulmarg, it is having beautiful surroundings and views. The hosts were very polite and helpful.

The room was great. The view from the room was superb. Facilities at Khyber were good. The swimming pool at the hotel was one of the best I have ever seen in India. The view at the pool is mesmerising. The food is tasty and there is almost all types of cuisine.

Superb location !! in middle of lush green fields. Water stream nearby. Motorable road to the property. Owner and staff make you feel like home. Food was good. Do not expect luxurious stay but all the facilities are good at par with hotel rooms.
The service is the best my family has ever experienced. It was so phenomenal that we even extended our stay for a day without even much to do in terms of going out. Tip of advice: Ask them for home cooked food, you will not be disappointed.
The staff was wonderful and they guys made our stay amazing and more comfortable. Food was also good. The location is perfect if you are planning a trip for the waterfall and gulmarg. Best part is the warm bags or electric blankets.

Terrific hotel located at a 10 min walk from the gondola station.Will save you the expense of hiring ponies. Food and breakfast were delicious. Heating in the room was great too.
