The place is great, but beware of the scams - shoes scam, horses scam, gondola queue jumping scam, and a long queue for entry to the gondola. I dont know if I will get a refund for the cancelled part of phase 2 of gondola ride.

For any vacation to be great, the location, the people and the ambiance has to be up to your expectations. The location is breath-taking, the staff were very mindful of our needs and the ambiance was magical !!. Gulmarg town is very noisy and most hotels are located there. this is ~4kms away and very quiet. Loved it !!.
This home stay is perfect for Gulmarg Gondola and other Adventure activities in Gulmarg and Drung waterfalls in Tanmarg, Jammu and Kashmir. Rooms are tidy and magnificent with traditional Kashmiri accent and room heaters and hot water are available. Pleasant condition and great hosts. Must visit home stay in Tanmarg.
The staff and quality of food was good...the staff made sure we were settled in nicely...the location of the hotel was not clear since there are 2 with the same name and only 1 of them is in Gulmarg..this is not clear to anyone booking the room online...the other property is at the base of Gulmarg...
The guest house is in an excellent location close to the market. The staff at reception were very helpful and and accommodating and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We highly recommend this place and we'll certainly be seeking to stay here again if we ever are in Gulmarg.
Hotel is so cosy n comfy i like it. Foods are splendid and served in a elegant style. Kahwa is the best in Kashmir. Owner and staffs take care like family. Location is also nice and convenient. You can see mountains from the balcony but not get stucked in ice for unlimited time.
The hotel location is at the centre for the sightseeing points. It was easy to cover all the places from here. The room amenities were good, the washroom was clean and the balcony view was pleasing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room service was also quite good 👍

Very nice room,good behavior of staffs.but food/snacks are very costly through out the kasmir. Although nice well come, apple gurden attached with the hotels, nice feeling.
Thr property is very near to Gulmarg and is on highway, large, luxurious and neat rooms with comfortable and warm beds, staff is very friendly and make us feel like home .
