Thanks to the guy at the counter. He was so helpful. The previous day the lady at the counter said i have to go the laundry myself. But later this guy said i can just leave to the counter and the hotel will send it to the laundry. From my perspective it was the best that the hotel can offer. A good customer service.

Room is clean and comfortable.
Staff is nice and available 24/7 (we arrived at 3 in the morning).
Breakfast is a buffet with a lot of choice.
