The Villa is very large and comfortable. It was great to have so much space available. Easy access to Turi Beach added to the range of choices for where to swim and dine.
Oliver our host was very informative and helpful

Breakfast was ok. Coffee station was a little out of the way. If the hotel served kueh lapis it would be perfect.

Nongsa is a nice place to visit, I stayed at Turi Beach Resort. The only downside is the ferry terminal being inefficient and slow.
We used a taxi and shuttle bus and stayed at the resort.
If staying at a resort, check for a free shuttle bus first.

Only the buffet breakfast is above average, other than that nothing much to shout for. They should provide buggie to transport the guest as the accommodation provided and also when in low tide, it is quite smelly if you want to have a drink and chill in Island bar

Nice sea view. Efficient and polite housekeepers.
Nice sea view. Efficient and polite housekeepers. However, cleanliness and maintenance of facilities is poor. There were stains and hole on the bed covers, bed has insect wings. Toilet sink was leaking. Not value for money for such poor maintenance and cleanliness.

Over priced, unless valued.
Over priced, unless valued. The hotel chalet was furnished as a no star room and price at the 5 star rate.
The toilet was never scraped for a Long time and the pot and pans look like it was savaged from garage sale. I would advise all customers to avoid this hotel.
i travelled here for the long weekend with my mom aunt and friend for 2 nights. The resort property is absolutely stunning and the service was amazing. Trust me when I say the staff were tooo kind and made sure everything we needed was provided promptly. We had a shuttle bus from and to the ferry terminal and we also did spa, river cruise and other activities at the Turi Beach resort which is their sister concern but Nongsa point gave us transport to and fro all times. They were kind enough to cater to us at any hour.
Lots of space for large family. Brought back good memories of time spent in Nongsa Village when I was younger.
Love the pool, it has changed slightly and a small slide was added.
The beach area has changed as well, use to be grass to sand and sea directly. Now its replaced by concrete path to split the areas. Waves are huge, swimming definitely not recommended. Low tide is beautiful, walked out on the sand for quite a distance.
This villa truly feels like a home away from home - cozy, welcoming, and comfortable. The peaceful location adds to its charm. The villa is clean and well-equipped with kitchen essentials, making self-catering a breeze. We opted to explore Nongsa village and Turi Beach Resort on foot instead of renting a buggy, enjoying a refreshing walk. Plus, the WiFi connection is impressively fast. A perfect stay all around!
The property was situated atop a cliffside, so views were great. We had a 2-bdrm sea-facing villa and we enjoyed unblocked seaview and our own private pool. Villa was well-appointed and clean but shows signs of age and being by the sea. The staff were among the best! From Musri at reception and the team at the bike depot (we were there for Tour de Batam) we were so well cared for we were able to totally relax.
As advertised, the two bedroom villa came with private pool. The pool is clean. The staff has initiative as the manager recognised me and remembered the villa I was staying at the next day. He also asked if I had any complaints or needed any improvements. I was glad to observe that they fixed the heater and door problem that night. The breakfast spread was decent, mostly Asian cuisine.
Resort is situated at the Nongsa area, away from the city, which makes is an idyllic and secluded resort. We went on weekday which was very quiet, had the resort almost to ourselves. The staff were very nice and welcoming. We had our room upgraded and the beachfront room was a bliss in front of the sea. Grab is easy to get, travel to city centre takes about half an hour.
My stay at the hotel was amazing and it's just because of Suzan :-)
Suzan is Indonesian manager who is having true spirit of hospitality. she's very friendly and helpful.
She did her Best to make myself feel at home 🏡
She paid for my indomart shopping as well , thanks again for that.
Cozy beach house in vacation home area, just a few steps from the beach. Well equipped kitchen, drinking water provided.
The entire Nongsa Village is well looked after, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Outdoor activities can be booked at the neighboring resort.
Room and all common areas were super clean. Staff were polite and very friendly. Good breakfast. Worth the money.
Really nice and clean swimming pools especially the ones on the beach.
The live band were really good and very welcoming.
Liked that the place was very spacious and clean, like the description given, the owner was very good at planning our arrival times, providing complimentary pick up from Nongsa Ferry and send off to the ferry after check out.
The locayion near to airport. Around 5 mins drive. However The room rate was totally different and higher when you pay at the counter. Better sellect another hotel eg OS hotel nearby
Lovely weekend getaway from Singapore. The interiors, food & drinks and especially the service at the hotel is amazing! it was my second time staying here and will be back for sure!
