Do not take motorbike taxi and taxi, use Grab for both. Most private motor bike taxi and taxi is likely to scam you especially you are not local, driving to a wrong place, look blurr, suddenly don't understand what you are talking about and ask for more money. Locally I can't find any tours. They prefer you to charter the whole taxi to places of interests. It is not worth it for single. Grad don't do tours and private motorbike taxi and taxi can but again plenty of unforseen situations and incidents to milk you for more money along the way. Look for reputable or recommend by hotel is safer, not touts in the streets.

There are many shopping malls within Nagoya City itself.
There are many shopping malls within Nagoya City itself. Don't have to worry about looking for meals as there are many restaurants/food stalls within these malls. The price of items found in the malls are reasonable. I had my own transport (chartered), so it is very convenient for my family of 6 to move about.

no sense of EMERGENCY!! I WAS TRAPPED IN A LIFT BUT IT TOOK ABOUT 45MINS FO4 D RESCUE TO COME.. IN FACT I CALLED D FRONT OFFICE SHE ANSWERED MY CALLED ONCE AND THATS IT! D SECURITY ARE GOOD FOR NOTHING!! IN FACT D GRAB DRIVER THAT I BOOKED WHOSE D ONE THAT CAME TO MY RESCUE.. IF U WERE IN MY SHOES WHAT WILL U DO... AND M HAVING A HEART PROBLEM.. I CANT EVEN BREADTH PROPERLY FOR D NEXT FEW DAYS.. BUT SERIOUSLY IT TEALLY A BAD EXPERIENCE....
Apartment was excellent, all devices were working, host was courteous and visited me to hand over keys and I got early check in too. The location was very near to Nagoya hill mall (6-7m walk). Apartment view from bedroom was fantastic. We had access to the swimming pool. Smart TV had Netflix as advertised. Casting screen was also possible. Overall better option for families with kids seeking privacy and security better than hotels. Kitchen was functional with induction stove , water kettle, utensils and fridge.
It was our first trip back to Batam after the lockdown in Singapore so we were pretty excited to be back. The hotel location was superb to our liking as it was close to Nagoya shopping mall as well as the Grand Batam Mall. The concierge, Putra, was exceptionally helpful and friendly which made our check-in and out seamless. There was no issue with room service as well and the suite that we booked for were perfect for 3adults and 1 toddler. Overall, we love the place and would definitely come back again!

It has a walkway (with a guard on stand by to ensure the hotel guess safety) from the back of the hotel that leads you to nagoya Hill mall that open from 6am till 12am daily.
The hotel spa was good and the therapist assigned to me has excellent.
I feel so relaxed and fresh after great massage and hospitality.
The room was ok as we requested same level, #2 smoking room.
We paid for 2days breakfast and the food was ok.

Location was very good. 7-10min walk to Grand Batam Mall, A2 Food Court, 15min walk to Nagoya Food Court. Easy access to cheap eateries and old shops in the Penuin area. Mineral water is provided although you have to ask for it from the second night onwards.
Like the spacious grand entrance of the hotel. Staff very friendly and breakfast spread was adequate. Surprise to see Jamu also served but enjoy that local touch. The room was cosy and bed is comfy. Great location close to harbour bay and city.

Walking distance to Nagoya Foodcourt, Alfamart and Indomaret, Nasi Padang, Makanan Aceh, and many night street foods including burger ramly. Quite spacious room and helpful staff. Common road and easy for grab drivers to find the hotel.
