As a tourist, I want to emphasize that we visit your country to enjoy its beauty and culture. We come with respect and appreciation for your hospitality. Therefore, I urge you to always greet us with a smile and a willingness to help. Learning some basic English can also greatly enhance the experience for both tourists and locals.
It saddened me to encounter unwelcoming attitudes from some individuals, such as a certain airport officer and a ticket vendor at the Batumi Botanical Garden. It felt as if they were questioning why we were there.
Choosing friendly and English-speaking staff can make a significant difference in how tourists perceive Georgia. Remember, tourists bring value to your country, and a warm and helpful attitude will encourage more people to visit and appreciate Georgia.

Peaceful tranquil small town with main attraction -mineral water Borjomi which contains a very unique healing qualities for stomach, kidney, liver illnesses.
Centuries ago the daughter of Russian Queen has been healed from bad illness by drinking directly from this mineral sorting and since then Royal family decided to establish Healing Resort in Borjomi.

In the charming town of Borjomi, a cable car offered a brief escape into nature's embrace. As it ascended, clean mountain air filled the cabins, carrying the fragrance of pine trees. The panoramic views revealed lush landscapes and the famous Borjomi mineral springs. Bathed in sunlight, the town's beauty left an indelible mark on passengers' hearts, making each cable car ride a journey into enchantment
Our stay was only for two days, but I wish it could be longer. I was amazed by the place, location and facilities. The room was very clean, specious and has a wonderful view to the mountains. I love the huge territory of the hotel. You can walk , run and play with kids there. The nature around is outstanding. Also the Georgian restaurant upstairs was nice and tasty with a beautiful terrace.
I think that what we liked the most was the breakfast. You can notice the effort of the staff and the quality of the breakfast. We were 7 days in Georgia in several types of hotels and on this day at Borjomi, we had the best breakfast. The view of the hotel is nice, the bathroom furniture was good quality, nice design as well. And the personal was very friendly.
Very lovely family business, helpful hosts. Apartment is compact but having all what you need and located on the hill. Felt ourselves like at home. View from the terrace is superb and Borjomi is very nice place. Recommend to everybody. You will fall in love in Georgia and it's people.
Excellent location. Borjomi Central Park is walking distance. Also, Kharaguali National park is a few mins drive from hotel. Mr. Dawood and his staff's kind hospitality was exceptional and made us feel at home. Highly recommended!!
