Very friendly host(Maggie), Warm and cozy reception, good location, nice clean room, good value for money. Maggie didn't even charge us for breakfast as we didn't know that breakfast wasn't included. I was also invited to join Maggie ,her husbamd with friends for a glass of wine one evening and enjoyed their hospitality. We had an amazing time and will be back next year with our daughter and grandchildren.

The location was good...Walking distance to the center of the village of Bakuraini. We had a "family suite" which was perfect for us. The suite was actually two rooms at the end of the hall, separated off from the rest of the rooms by a door in the hallway. This meant the kids had their own room and bathroom, which they loved. My favorite thing was the jacuzzi and the sauna! Was great to spend time hanging out there while it was snowing. The breakfast was acceptable. George at reception was very helpful and friendly. Both of our rooms had lovely views.

Bakuriani in late December is a great place for skiing. The snow-capped mountains and landscape is amazing. There was at least 60-70 cm of snow at the end of December. It becomes thicker later in January and February.
I stayed in Bakuriani for 2 nights. On the first day, I went skiing and snowmobiling at the 25 Ski Park. On the second day, I went to Alpine Coaster in Didveli (Didveli Toboggan) and Borjomi.
I suggest you stay in Bakuriani and use it as a base to do winter activities in various ski resorts and visit Borjomi. There is frequent connectivity between Bakuriani and Tbilisi by Marshrutkas.

Very nice and quiet village beside the mountains.
Very nice and quiet village beside the mountains. Looks like a perfect space to rest between skiing or snowboarding experiences. We've stayed just for a couple of days fo Christmas and it feels that we could have several more to walk around and go to the mountains. A week or so should do.

In winter, there are plenty of family-friendly activities available, perfect if you have kids. You'll find various accommodation options and great restaurants to enjoy. Definitely worth a visit. One drawback is that some locations have incorrect Google Map coordinates, causing confusion.

The fresh air, the high mountains, the rivers, the forests in a combination of green and yellow colors and the endless nature and silence around. Very reminiscent of our trips in the Austrian, Bavarian and Swiss Alps.

Main activities are not much, we go for teleferic and the slide. also Joy land and other open areas to ride horse, buggies and small games for kids.
we stayed two nights which was enough for relaxing and doing these few activities. People can stay more for more relaxing and can visit Borjomi as well from Bakuriani.

The location of the property is excellent specially for families who are travelling with kids since the ski park is located just at the back of the building and it is exactly at the very heart of where the activities mainly happens in Bakuriani. the place is very clean and Lia the care taker is very nice, sadly she does not speak English but that does not stop her from accomodating us. big thank you to Maia and Lia for helping us out during our stay. Bakuriani is amazing place and this is an amazing property to stay.
Amazing hotel! Very good location - just a minute from the Kohta ski lifts and ski rental services, nice pleasant clean rooms with a great view and good room cleaning service. Very heartwarming staff, especially Erosi - the hotel manager, he was super attentive to our every need, helped us to get discounts on ski rental, helped find a guide for our ride to Vardzia and much more

I didn’t get the room i have booked. A frontman explained to me in a very rude way that i had booked the room not in The Kristal resort but in Kristal appartements. While i choose Kristal resort only because of its good breackfast . They sent me to appartements with no breackfast include, no wifi at all. And when I asked if I can get any cofee in the morning, reception man told me maybe I can find any in someone else’s appartements! This is worst experince I ‘ve ever had with Booking.
I love everything in this apartment, very clean, super responsive and accommodating host and owner, big and comfortable bed, complete kitchen and cooking utensils, fast wifi, very good location near small ski resorts, restaurants and food shops. The big ski is just 7mins away, just book a bolt taxi for a cheaper price. The price is worth it for the stay. Highly recommended! We will surely book this apartment again in the hotel snow plaza next time we visit!
The best hotel in Bakuriani. The breakfast had a good variety, rooms were very clean, towels changed every day, very friendly and helpful staff answering the phone and being at the reception desk 24 hours, good parking space, wonderful location and marvelous view from the balcony, pool very good with warm water and towels provided, outside the hotel playground for kids, ping-pong and other types of entertainment.
I absolutely adored this charming hotel. Despite its small size, it effortlessly provides all the essentials for a delightful stay, from comfortable beds and a great view. The breakfast was a true highlight, and the warm welcoming family who runs the hotel made my experience in Georgia truly unforgettable.
