I always enjoy Drayton manor as it's a very accommodating site and always make you feel more than welcome as if you're a part of the hotel family.

The whole surrounding of the golf course and being able to rake a nice walk. The weather was amazing also which was an advantage made me want to sit outside our cabin.

Waste of time to stay - go for the day to play golf but do not stay hotel was grubby - too busy and service was very poor. We wont ever ben returning. Our friends are big golfers and I will recommend the same to them to not waste their time staying there. would rather stay at a premier inn and know what I am getting for my money.

We enjoyed our 1 night stay after an early flight into Birmingham. Host was friendly and helpful. Rooms are extremely clean and beds are so comfy with soft bed linen that smelt beautiful, didn’t want to get out of bed.
We would definitely stay again when visiting Sutton Coldfield

Sutton town centre itself has gone down the pan so much it was not good to see. If you are looking to go shopping there is not very much shop wise that is worth going to. We won't be back sadly.
If you want a good meal it is worth going to Boldmere just outside Sutton where there are plenty of eateries of all kinds. We would highly recommend the Shaban for absolutely excellent Indian food and service.
Sutton Park was still a lovely place to go for a coffee and long walk at Bracebridge.

Sutton is a lovely town with its beautiful park complete with wild ponies. There are some great restaurants in town and plenty of historically interesting sites, especially for Tudor period history buffs. It’s also close to Birmingham city centre which is easy to get to via the trainline

Our visit was purely to attend a family wedding, the wedding was fantastic and the couple did seem happy with the hotels assistance. The facilities for us as only used briefly were good, all staff interactions were good.

The hotel was in poor state of repair, not as advertised. the staff were all new for some first day, the longest 2 weeks. poor food, all pre cooked same menu on both nights. bedroom furniture, in very poor repair. dirty laundry bags of corridors for over 24 hours. Old bedding on beds.

I booked 4 nights but only required 3 and altogether I had made the booking on the Saturday night and called the hotel the next morning I was taken aback at the curt unhelpful attitude of the manager who was rude and intimidating. Because I had booked a non refundable room via Bookingcom he would not cancel the first night. However his attitude was so awful I let the £400 booking go and didn’t show despite having to pay. When I read the reviews however it seemed I had had an expensive but lucky escape
The Belfry is a large resort hotel. A real buzz around the golf centre, as you would expect. Our room was very good, spacious, clean, great view over the golf course. The bathroom had a fab shower and was modern and clean. Service in Sam's bar was tremendous. Breakfast was very well organised. And included poached eggs as part of the buffet offering, superb. All in all, a great hotel

The hotel is small and centrally located. Lovely Bar area and the rooms are spotless. Staff very warm and friendly. Location in Sutton Coldfield was excellent. Easy access to the town centre by foot.
The location was amazing, we were going to the masters the next day at the belfry so this hotels location was perfect. The breakfast was amazing and the staff in the country kitchen were excellent!
When an Uber taxi asked for £60 for a taxi, the hotel staff called a taxi and came and told us when taxi had arrived which only cost £18 !!! Great friendly staff !! Above and beyond 😁😁😁
I often stay at the Townhouse when travelling. It is centrally located in Sutton Coldfield, has parking and the rooms are always clean with welcoming staff.
We arrived early and was given a warm welcome, checked in easily and we were able to use the hotel facilities all day and also on the day we were leaving
Sutton Park is clean, and it's a nice place to stay for leisure. Anytime I visit Birmingham, I will continue to use the lodge; it looks good and clean.
