The 800-year-old New Hall Hotel & Spa, Birmingham is 13 km from central Birmingham. Following a renovation, the health club, spa, and well-furnished rooms blend with the hotel’s medieval character.

New Hall Hotel offers modern British hospitality in the North-Birmingham suburb of Sutton Coldfield. It is just off the M42 motorway and 20 minutes from the NEC.

I went there with my partner as a little romantic gateway and we weren't disappointed at all. The location is absolutely mesmerizing. The history of the building and the architecture makes your stay so much worth it. The staff is great too, they're super friendly and always accommodating. I hope you get to visit this place because you will definitely enjoy it.

Breakfast and location were brilliant. Flying from Belfast to Egypt and missed our Birmingham Airport connection??? On arrival, we were told of the 'relaxed dress code' and option not to honour the booking -but- we had the most relaxing stay 'ever', due to both the staff and other guests - kindness and consideration!!!

Moor Hall is a well-placed spa hotel on the edge of Sutton Coldfield, attractive early 20c building, well maintained grounds inc a Secret Garden. Friendly staff, good food (esp breakfast), decent accommodation. Quite "golfy" in re clientele but hey ho, inebriated golfers are such fun !

It was spacious and quiet in its rural location. The room and ensuite were clean and the restaurant was spotless and beautifully maintained. There was a good breakfast. The staff were always pleasant and helpful. Having been put off by some of the tattiness outside and in the corridors etc, my opinion gradually rose and I would stay there again. The room was beautifully serviced during my stay.

Exceptional, the stuff we’re all lovely and smiling. A special thank you to Dawn, a lady at the reception and Murius, who works at the restaurant. What a brilliant service we have. My mom and I enjoyed breakfast, one of the best traditional English breakfasts, and it gives you a great start to the day regarding food. All staff was lovely and smiling, they made us feel very welcome, and we felt relaxed and at home. We will surely come back. Excellent spa facilities enjoyed every bit

Unfortunately the pool area was outdated, the pool and jacuzzi were cold or luke warm. Most women wanted a spa day whilst the men playrd golf and it was just disappointing. I wouldn't go back again as couples, it is more suited to people who just want to play golf.
