The lady who served us in the mornings (we stayed two nights)during breakfast was fantastic! She was friendly, attentive,knowledgeable and went out of her way to go that extra mile for us

The staff was friendly the room was so clean and tidy and 5he bed was really comfortable, the breakfast what was included aswell was outstanding and so lovely was really nice I had to go back for 2nds. Me and my partner went to celebrate my 31st birthday for the night and have some relaxing time together. We have also said we would be going again highly recommend staying in this hotel for anyone.

The public areas were immaculate and felt like a luxury hotel. We upgraded our room and it was lovely and spacious. We had dinner at the hotel, along my with breakfast, and the food was exceptional. We loved having a cooked-to order hot breakfast rather than a buffet.

Skelmersdale itself is just okay, but the opportunity to visit the surrounding area is worth it. A visit to Martin Mere Wetlands Trust is a must, also Dunham Massey for the deerpark. Pimbo garden Centre has a fantastic cafe and lovely friendly and helpful staff
Buffet food supplied for our evening function was excellent. A full breakfast the next morning just couldn't be faulted. The room was clean, warm & comfortable with all the facitilities one would expected of a quality hotel. The staff were, without exception, freindly, helpful, efficient & discreet.
24 hour room service was advertised which is why I chose this hotel. Turns out it was only 25 hour DRINK service. Disappointing for how much I paid. Won’t return.
Hotel was fantastic, staff were fantastic and so polite, service was exceptional by all, loved staying there and will definitely be returning next year
