The location to the venue we were going to was great and that is why we picked it. Breakfast the following morning was good and we had a choice of about 6 things. All fresh produce, took a while (35 minutes) but nice when arrived. Cereal, juice fruit and yoghurt were available if we wanted them. There was no difference in charge for the full breakfast or just a sandwich.

The cottage was beautifully furnished to a high standard and very clean. We also liked the lovely views across the golf course and it would be perfect for bird spotters, as we saw very many different types which was a bonus

Good location for what we needed(visiting daughter at Uni)
On a main road with no immediate parking but this didn't detract from the experience _ ample parking opportunities close by

It's in a brilliant location. Close to shops and for travelling to Manchester or Liverpool. The most important things you need, beds, showers and toilets were spotless. And honestly, I would stay again solely for the beds. The master bed was huge and so comfortable.
The hotel is very clean, the staff made us feel very welcoming at all times. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options to choose from continental to a good Full English Breakfast. It's an ideal break for anyone to come and relax. Will definitely be coming back to stay very soon :-)
In a beautiful location, exquisite stay - rooms excellent - ideal place to stay if need stop off point on way to Liverpool ferry to Isle of Man - staff a credit to hotel - very friendly, courteous and nothing to much trouble - would definitely stay here again
