Room was a great size and nicely decorated. Appreciate having placement of sockets to charge devices. It's was very accessible and location is great to get to Exmouth and Topsham. Walking distance to Darts Farm. Good food in the pub.

It was ideally located in the centre of Topsham. We liked the fact we had our own door room both clean and cosy.

The décor was lovely. Staff absolutely amazing, I couldn't fault one staff member that we dealt with, all helpful, polite and make you feel so welcome. Great Bar/Breakfast area. Food was lovely and a great choice. Room was very clean and a great size.
Warm hospitality, good cuisine and excellent golf, leisure, spa and events facilities are on offer at Woodbury Park. Free parking and free WiFi is provided.

Although there is a lot of new builds in the locale, these did not interfere with my stay as the Grange Court B&B is very secluded. There are various eateries in the vicinity with a Chinese buffet nearby on a Monday evening

A tricky place to stay if you need to eat out; the nearest restaurants are just too far to walk comfortably (and were all booked solid when I was there- Covid issues, I had overlooked the problem). However there is nice walking not too far away (by car). Very convenient for the airport but with no airport noise.

Steve and all the staff were wonderful, very polite and friendly.
Room was large and with a great view, breakfast was good and nothing was to much trouble.
Had a little trouble finding the hotel but due to sat nav directions only.
Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The only issue is the signage for directions as it is so low to the ground it’s hard to see so I had to drive up and down until I found it but this is the only fault one could find venue very easy to miss

This was our second overnight stay at this quiet and peaceful hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and we were able to enjoy a drink from the bar in the garden at the rear of the property. There is a Chinese restaurant and a pub/restaurant within walking distance.
