Booking and checking in went well. Staff were friendly throughout. Good parking. Nice gardens. Meals were good - lots of menu choices and well cooked.
Approached via a magnificent avenue of broadleaf trees, the Best Western Plus Kenwick Park Hotel has been created by carefully converting and extending the imposing, Georgian-style Kenwick Hall.

Everything was perfection ❤️
From the second you walk into the property it’s sheer bliss. We had such a relaxing stay and every single little thing has been thought of so you feel so at home. Special mention to the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in 😁

Louth is fine as a town, very easy to reach and set in pleasant countryside of the Lincolnshire Wolds. Easy access to the coastal towns and Caldwell Park motor racing circuit.

Louth is a nice, small market town.
Louth is a nice, small market town. There are lots of places to eat covering lots of different cuisines, whether you eat in or grab a take away. The old town around the church has many character properties. The Wheatsheaf was our favourite pub - it does only serve food at lunchtime. The Montebello Tistorante was good. We also had a Chinese takeaway from a restaurant just the other side of Morrisions and that was very good.
The market itself was very disappointing, even on a Saturday, although I believe there is a more periodic farmers' market which might be better.

We attended a charity function so we didn't visit louth itself. The hotel and breakfast were very nice the staff were very pleasant the room was a good size and very comfortable. Plenty of car parking spaces. All I would say to the hotel is to ensure guests are made aware that they only take card payments they won't accept cash.we went as a group of four people unfortunately I was the only one with a card so ended up going to the bar on every occasion certainly got my steps in that night.

Louth is a lovely old market town with various types of shops, pubs and eateries. Ye Olde White Swan is highly recommended. There is also a lovely walk along the canal which has a small quaint pub somewhere along the route too. You really must find it! The church is a sight you most definitely must see.

Louth has lots of lovely independent shops and the chain shops feel rural and local.
Several great pubs...Cobbles being a favourite.
Nice food in the Kings Head too.
Not been in a bad restaurant there when I visit and as my brother and mother both live there it's a lot.
Not too far from the coast if you enjoy that too.
Our hosts were wonderful making us feel welcome and offering helpful tips for a most memorable experience in the Lincolnshire countryside. Baked goods were on the kitchen table to greet us and the knowledge that they were a phone call a way to be of assistance was so very comforting. The cottage was perfect for the four of us and the outdoor offerings marvelous. We will return as it’s the perfect location for day trips, coastal activities and of course if you enjoy fishing the lake is at your doorstep.
The hotel was situated within walking distance from Louth city centre. There is a bar and the bar tender Tom specialised in excellent cocktails. We had a Whiskey Sour. Daniel was very friendly and knowledgeable and entertained us during meal times. Ben did an excellent job as meet and greet and Noah provided excellent breakfast and enthusiastic service. The bedroom was very comfortable and clean. We are going back again soon.
We are still here, room 405. Excellent customer service, the reception, the spa and the bar staff are lovely. Beautiful location but I’m a real fan of Hubbards Hills and Louth. The new spa is amazing for a hotel. Having treatments on Friday so will review again. Could allow dogs in the bar area but the weather was lovely enough to sit outside.
Friendly staff and great location. There is parking at the back and easy access to the hotel separate to the pub.
Nice big room with twin beds, large TV and a lovely lady who cleans the rooms, makes sure we have enough tea etc. Eating places galore in the surrounding area. All in all a great place to stay.
The location is on the edge of Louth so is very quiet but close enough to enjoy the wonderful amenities of the town. The lodge was perfect with all the mod cons we could have needed. Will definitely be using this resort again. The on site restaurant is stunning and the staff were perfect. Thank you
This hotel is in a superb position for looking round Louth. Car parking on site and free to hotel guests.
We had our evening meal in the restaurant and the food was both very well prepared and plentiful in portion.
The staff were very helpful and we will be back.
Quiet and peaceful location good parking. Bed was super comfy plus probably the best hotel shower I have had in quite a while. Room spacious for single person .Just a short walk to the supermarket/town centre and pubs .Didnt have time to stop for breakfast.
It felt like home from home, very clean and comfortable, nice touch with the coffee and tea facilities. Great location within a minute walk from the town centre. We have already booked again for next year. Thank you again.
The room was comfortable and spacious and the hotel is right in the town centre. The decor is good and the restaurant bright and airy. The town is a gem. The management were professional and responsive.
The location was centrally located for the attractions in Louth. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. The hotel decor and surrounding environs were charming.
we love the quirky Bess of the hotel, and the staff are wonderful. We had a lovely breakfast and it’s brilliant for central access to Louth. We look forward to coming back for future stays.
The staff at The Brackenborough Hotel are so pleasant and helpful.
The food in the restaurant on Thursday 8th December was nicely cooked and presented.
