Breakfast was a shables there was first no egg, bacon, sasuage. Only found out when opened the baimaries beans andmushrooms on our plates and a member of staff sugested we ate that and when the rest was ready they would tell us.We waited 23 miniutes for all the breakfast ingredients to be ready at one. When we went to get drinks there were no coffee cups available. The restrauant was not even busy.A lot of re training needed.

We booked this hotel because of its locality with Cheshire Oaks shopping village. I had also booked a half day spa there through an experience company which was a birthday present for my husband.
It was very close to the shopping village, which was excellent as we were foot sore after our shopping trip. The Spa was really good.

Restaurant and breakfast staff were cold age rude.
Restaurant and breakfast staff were cold age rude. The prices charged for the food were too high for the quality of the food. At dinner, the chips weren’t cooked and this was clear, the fish was also too fatty and cold. When this was raised with the waitress she was rude and unapologetic. At breakfast the staff seemed disorganised and chaotic. The sausage was fatty and poor quality, for the prices charged and the quality and variance of food on offer it wasn’t value for money. In addition, the thermal spa was meant to be included in the price. This wasn’t the case the spa staff again were not friendly, felt short changed.

Everything was really close and easy to get to ,Chester/...
Everything was really close and easy to get to ,Chester/Cheshire Oaks ,Ness Gardens and the boat museum were all approx. 15 minutes away.
We only had food at the hotel we didn't feel the need to eat anywhere else as the portion sizes were above average and both breakfast and dinner were excellent .

Scenery and extremely friendly staff made a pleasant visit.
Scenery and extremely friendly staff made a pleasant visit. The room whilst requiring some attention was pleasant for the cost. One must be prepared for extra charges on some menu items (if offered). Not really suitable for the physically disabled for which we are,but one visitor was finding the stairs difficult even to the first level with less steep steps, We went up three levels and they became narrower and steeper as we progressed. The stay was enjoyable but we would not be returning to this location.

You need to go by car or arrange a taxi as it's out of the way. If you're looking for peace and quite it's a good place to go. For those who like nature there is a hidden gem called Burton Mere which is an RSPB reserve. There are gentle walks and lots to see. It has a little basic cafe. Entrance is just £6 and you can hire binoculars. You're not far from Chester and Liverpool if you want a day out. Also not too far from North Wales coast and New Brighton. West Kirby and Parkgate are also nice visits.

We had a very relaxing evening at Ledsham.
We had a very relaxing evening at Ledsham. The pool and Spa facilities were excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant even in their very busy environment they took time to ensure our needs were met. The old mattress / bed , and the awful cooked food were spoilers . I complained about the food and was given a refund for the two dishes which were inedible. This was our first hotel stay in almost two years because of the pandemic, so we were happy to be there. It was unfortunate that we did not sleep well because of the mattress and did not eat properly because of the cooked food.
Loved our stay! Gorgeous hotel, lovely clean room so cosy! Food last night was amazing.
Easy check in, arrived a bit early but room was ready and we where checked in straight away.
Room had hair dryer, iron, iron board, fan, small heater although not needed as it was lovely and warm
Thankyou for a fabulous stay!! We will definitely come again
