To stay at a charming Hook Norton pub in rural Oxfordshire at its best. Great. A bottle of Old Hooky in the room was welcome.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bar area was nice, we didn't eat in the restaurant so unable to comment.

Real Ales, fine wines, superb food and a warm welcome await from your hosts, Sarah and Lisa. The interior retains an old world charm, with log fires, stone walls and oak beams.
Charming Cotswold village. A little difficult to get to, which is probably just as well. The brewery is the star of the show, an excellent visitor attraction based on an excellent product. Brewery cafe was comfortable and food pretty good.

Hook Norton is a lovely village just to walk around and admire the beautiful Cotswold stone cottages. There are a number of rural walks on your doorstep and also the opportunity to visit other parts of the Cotswolds nearby.

There was a pub serving good food and the brewery eatery plus village shop was a pleasing facility.
The village was a genuine working but picturesque village.
The road through the village is narrow with cars parked all along the street.
However people were polite in their driving and as you walked along the road.

Lovely village. Very central for many areas of interest.
Lovely village. Very central for many areas of interest. A large village with 3 good pubs, post office, shops and a local butcher. Outside the butcher's shop, a new mobile coffee bar was set up on the day we visited- brilliant idea! You would need a car to visit other towns etc.
We visited Stratford-upon-Avon for a morning and lunch, where we did a tour of the Stratford Butterfly Farm- great to fill a morning, along with the local cricket match that was n the day!
