Beautifully located hotel. Staff were fantastic and attentive. We had a wedding approximately 20 minutes away from the hotel however we weren't able to check in early. The front desk kindly stored our bags for us and gave us our room keys. When we returned late at night, we were able to easily access our room and our bags were waiting inside for us. The breakfast the next morning was fantastic. The hotels grounds were beautiful and well kept. The only thing we weren't able to experience was the spa - all the more reason for us to return.

Lovely location, lovely double room overlooking the river with large modern shower room. Wide range of good food on offer. Staff were all brilliant and very dog friendly. Would stay here again for sure
Small Norfolk village about 8 miles from Norwich. Hotel, however , was not in village at all being situate on main road about 2 miles away.
Hevingham has excellent pub with restaurant but this is some distance from hotel.

Good location to visit Norwich City.
Good location to visit Norwich City. Recommend the Airport Park and Ride.
Close to several National Trust Properties. Cromer and the North Norfolk coast. Had a trip on a traditional Wherry from the Wherry Yacht Charter, brilliant day out. Visited Horsey wind pump and had a lovely walk to see the beach and saw the seals playing in the surf. A great holiday.

Only stayed for one night I’ve stayed before for afew nights with my dog at the time and I recall that bed being comfier then the one I stayed in this time. But food is amazing staff are friendly room is clean and big nice space but yes the bed this time was very uncomfortable and didn’t sleep at all.
Ultra-clean hotel with restaurant and parking. The room near the rear of the property seemed recently refurbished. Tea/coffee and a kettle were in the room. Breakfast included, full english, scrambled eggs on toast, etc.
