The room was lovely and clean. Food was lovely, we had evening meal and breakfast and both was spot on. I would have preferred more choice of fruit for breakfast but apart from that fine. My family thought the cooked breakfast was lovely.

The breakfast was outstanding. Classical music in background, heavy white linen on tables, a lot of effort gone into presentation. Very polite and professional breakfast waiter. Beautiful, top quality produce cooked to perfection!

The room was spacious, the beds were soooooo comfortable and I loved the black out curtains. Didn't even particularly hear the airport noise 👍
I'm gluten free and was very impressed with the choice available and the separate area for preparation and cooking of toast too with separate toaster, it's really hard to make people understand how difficult it is putting trust in someone when you react badly to food which makes you ill for days so it set me up well for a busy and long day for my nephew's wedding ☺️

Bedroom was comfortable and reasonably furnished for the price of the stay. Comfortable bed and the room was clean.
Small Norfolk village about 8 miles from Norwich. Hotel, however , was not in village at all being situate on main road about 2 miles away.
Hevingham has excellent pub with restaurant but this is some distance from hotel.

Good location to visit Norwich City.
Good location to visit Norwich City. Recommend the Airport Park and Ride.
Close to several National Trust Properties. Cromer and the North Norfolk coast. Had a trip on a traditional Wherry from the Wherry Yacht Charter, brilliant day out. Visited Horsey wind pump and had a lovely walk to see the beach and saw the seals playing in the surf. A great holiday.

Only stayed for one night I’ve stayed before for afew nights with my dog at the time and I recall that bed being comfier then the one I stayed in this time. But food is amazing staff are friendly room is clean and big nice space but yes the bed this time was very uncomfortable and didn’t sleep at all.
Breakfast was very limited due to the hotel still being under certain Covid restrictions. Once these are removed no doubt the selection and type of breakfast available will be considerably better.
Dinners were overall very good
In our first allocated superior room there was a problem with the hot water so we were upgraded to an Executive room which was spacious and comfortable
Ultra-clean hotel with restaurant and parking. The room near the rear of the property seemed recently refurbished. Tea/coffee and a kettle were in the room. Breakfast included, full english, scrambled eggs on toast, etc.
Wonderful breakfast & great service. We also ate here in the evening & can recommend the food. Ideal location for touring the area. We got a bus from Hevingham to Norwich and also to Cromer.
Food was delicious. Staff were very friendly. Accommodation was spotless. Situated in the middle of north Norfolk, Ideal for accessing all the tourist attractions.
Welcoming, friendly staff throughout our stay, rooms were perfect for our needs, we ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel and both meals were excellent.
