Very central and within walking distance into Grimsby town. Plenty of parking spaces. Bar food is good in the evening, didn’t have breakfast .Staff are very helpful and welcoming.

The room was in excellent condition very clean, fresh towels, tea and coffee, kettle, sky tv was also included. The location of the property was perfect right near the sea front very easy to find.
