The location was excellent, the room was large and warm and ckean. Checking in couldn't have been easier with instructions sent by email on the day of arrival. There was a tea/coffee area in the room which was much appreciated. No meals but we knew that from booking and there is a pub close by. Parking was easy with a bay reserved which corresponded to room number. Everything was very easily accessible, no stairs.

Perfectly positioned for exploring North Norfolk, Home Farm House is a gem. Both bedroom and bathroom have everything you need(and there’s a private little garden to relax in too) Gary is a super host. Great Massingham is a picture postcard location, with beautiful views towards the church across the duck ponds. The locals are very friendly and the village is very tranquil. There is a lovely little tea room called The Cartshed, and a well stocked general store. The Dabbling Duck pub is really good for food and has an enclosed garden at the back.

What a fantastic place.
What a fantastic place. The best stay I’ve had in the last year. Food was excellent with a good choice and staff were brilliant. First time that anyone has carried my case upstairs for me and without asking. Very peaceful day and night. Even had homemade Vodka shots to try for free in the room. Who does that for free !!! It is a must 10/10
