The house is beautiful. In a great location and had everything you need to make it home from home. We had beautiful weather and the hot tub was a real bonus.

Such a great spot to spend a weekend. The Ark had everything we needed all of which was high standard. The lazy continental breakfast provided by Steph sitting on the pontoon watching the birds and boats was a particular highlight. A great spot to walk from too !

The room was so lovely the bed was comfy and having loads of pillows made it luxurious lots of little touches made it special and plenty of tea coffee etc to choose from .the breakfast was very substantial with lots of choice and cooked to perfection great having there own parking spaces round the back

Vincent and Teresa are fabulous hosts, warm and friendly and being able to use their heated outdoor pool was fantastic - my 7yr old son absolutely loved it. Selsey beach is a short walk away and great for a stroll. 20 minutes to the beautiful sandy West Whittering beach. Very reasonably priced too. Thank you for a lovely last minute holiday at the end of summer!

We came to celebrate our son’s 30th birthday and he chose this location as he wanted to do some surfing with his brother. The weather was good enough for the short period of time we were there. We had an Indian takeaway the first night and went to Drifters for a meal on the second night. The food was lovely from both.
