We literally stayed for one night after a dance event and left early the next morning. Met all our expectations; clean and plenty of space. Quick and easy to check in and the location, just off the motorway was great for what we needed.

Booked the hotel as it was close to Blenheim Palace (concert venue) - location was excellent, staff friendly and helpful, rooms are clean, well equipped and comfortable, excellent choice for breakfast and great value for money - will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

We stayed in one of the rooms in the annexe. It was great to wake up in the morning, open the door, see and hear the wildlife in the lovely country garden. It was really quiet and peaceful. Helen, the host, was a very laid back, down to earth lady who you could have very interesting conversations with, while having the outstanding breakfast cooked by her. She also gave loads of tips of places to visit and eat around the area. And let's not forget Coco, her lovely dog who greeted us when we arrived and interacted with us throughout our stay.

The hotel was faultless, everything was at least to my expectations. The breakfast was A1 the best poached eggs I have ever had and I am 76 !
The staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was the TV reception was not brilliant on some free view channels, such as Dave. Unless you are there for golf, there is not much to do within walking range. There is an in house restaurant which is good, and a fitness centre which I did not visit/use.
