The room was clean and had everything you could need. The general area is tied and needs some attention.

The breakfast was great. Lovely, tasty and well presented. The room was spacious clean and comfortable. We had lunch on arrival which was excellent value for money - thoroughly enjoyed! A very warm welcome from the staff. I'm not sure of the lady's name serving breakfast but thank you so much for everything - superb!
Just to add...and parking available!

A lovely towncentre during the day but when trying to find an evening restaurant it is lacking . One pub that had good trip advisor reviews no longer serves food leaving only Weatherspoons or Pizza Express unless you like Chinese or Indian. I've never seen so many Turkish Barbers in one town! There are a lot of empty shops on the High Street which makes the town look run down.Probably due to the modern shopping centre that has some nice shops.

Andover has pubs and bars, supermarkets and plenty of places to eat. There are enjoyable walks up to the Ladies Walk where you can see across the town and also to Charlton Lakes where there is a play area for kids.
Andover is also close to Basingstoke, Salisbury and Winchester.

It is a quiet town very convenient for visiting Winchester, Salisbury, the New Forest, Newbury, Whitchurch and Southampton. Anton Lakes local Natural Reserve gives a good opportunity to relax sitting on a bench and watching wildlife birds. Don't forget to visit the local Iron Age history museum and beautiful St.Mary's church.

A quiet town, without much to see.
A quiet town, without much to see. The Anton River canal near the old mill and the Anton lakes are the only places worth visiting, the river has ducks and swans as well. The town has supermarkets, and a train station and the distances are relatively easy to walk, even with luggage.
