The breakfast was nice with the basics all catered for, although I think that maybe a couple more options would have been appreciated for example maybe boiled eggs would have been nice.

One of the best hotels in the chain. It is very close to the old center. The room is very spacious, elegant and clean, we had a little upgrade. Comfortable bed and a huge dressing. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a cabin, with my favorite Nuxe quality products and a Nespresso coffee machine. They also have bathrobes and slippers, although I didn't use them because the room was carpeted, I appreciated the attention to detail.
They don't have a restaurant, but next to the hotel is a grillhouse with excellent steaks.
I think Laura, from what I remember, from the reception, was very kind and helpful.
A place where I will definitely return!

A wonderful almost hidden gem, the whole town is a living museum full of lovely historic buildings by chance exactly as they were hundreds of years ago. We continue to be amazed at the sights within the town.
Cannot recommend too much the Chez Félix restaurant in the town centre, great food, lovely staff, very pleasant atmosphere appealing to all ages - and delicious Champagne!

It's a busy town, but our host gave clear instructions to find free parking within a five minute walk. This property is right in the historic heart of Troyes, so you really get a feel for the place. The architecture is stunning - tall timber framed merchant houses, and some other stone built elegant structures too. With just a one night stay, and a ferry to catch the following day, we had nowhere near enough time to appreciate it - and no time to visit any of the amazing churches. We need to come again to enjoy it all properly. We ate at a popular grill restaurant in one of the old timber-framed buildings. It was buzzing and busy, but they fitted us in. We enjoyed local food and some champagne from the region.

The old town is lovely: fascinating architecture and quaint laneways. Not buzzing with cars so easy to get around on foot. Every encounter with the locals was pleasant. A nice place to soak in la vie francaise.

Troyes is a fantastic, friendly, safe city.
Troyes is a fantastic, friendly, safe city. Easy to walk everywhere and so much to see and do a few days is not enough. The museums, medieval houses, churches are fascinating .It is like walking into history. Don't forget to visit the Mediatheque, the collection of ancient books is amazing. After an afternoon of exploring try one of the many cafes for something yummy to eat. Then take a night stroll down to the canal to see Troyes lit up at night!!
Unless we never met in person Martine is very quick and polite in answering. The keys were very easy to get from a locker. The welcome was very warm with a small handwritten note and some drinks in the fridge! The bathroom and kitchen are very modern and well equiped. The 3 sleeprooms have good beds and are clean. We just stayed for 1 night during a traveltrip from West to East France with 3 colleagues but we could have stayed easily for some days more.
The hotel is in an excellent location and the parking was great - very easy to find and large parking spaces! The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was quiet and comfortable. We were so impressed that we cancelled another hotel and went back for our return trip to the UK. Perfect stopover location on the way back from the south of France. Spa looks lovely although we didn't try it this time.
Really friendly welcome. Well equipped, really large studio with secure underground parking. Excellent breakfast with a view of the old water mill.
The surrounding buildings are in the process of renovation, so if you are looking for a Disney version of France this isn't for you. If you want authenticity, a 10 minute walk maximum to the old town centre and friendly people then this is perfect.
The property was exceptionally clean. Denis is a lovely host and obviously cares about making your stay as comfortable as possible. We were travelling through France on route back to the UK, so it was an excellent stopover for the night. Troyes centre is a 6 min drive away so very convenient. I would definitely return.
Our host Alexandre was welcoming and provided informative recommendations for restaurants and museums. The room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The location is a two minute walk from the historic centre. He made us feel like we were home . Thank you for such an enjoyable stay in Troyes!
we could only stay one night and it is a must to come back. beautiful stay with gardenview . the bells at the cathedrale, which by itself is worth a visit to Troyes, stop at 22:00 and start again at 8:00. we had the best breakfast ever in France in this beautiful quiet garden. all in all wunderbar!!!
This is a stunning hotel in the heart of Troyes.
Our room was big and nicely decorated.
Wellness area has dry and wet sauna, tropical rain shower (a lot of fun), ice machine and lovely swimming pool.
You need to make a reservation for the wellness centre.
Overall it’s a beautiful hotel!
This is a small chateau near Beaune, France, probably a late 19th century construction. It's very charming and the hosts are very kind and professional. The grounds are lovely and there is an opportunity to purchase drinks/wine and eat some hum-drum food, as a snack.
The location of the hotel is great as quick and very easy to walk into the town centre, good secure car parking and friendly staff. Troyes was very pretty and lots of choice of bars and restaurants, it's a good stop over point when travelling to the south of France.
Stayed at this hotel many times as we have travelled through France. Rooms are a decent size and well decorated. Good choice of food at breakfast. Short walk into the town centre, with several bars and restaurants. Nice area to visit.
Excellent sized family room with 2 bedrooms separated and separate toilet room and shower room. Very clean and comfy.
Free electric car charging.
Easy to access on route to South of France as on outskirts of Troyes.
The apartment was conveniently located on the ground floor, not far from the center of Troyes. The apartment was a nice size with separate living room, bed room, and bath room. The friendly hostess showed me around.
The host was very helpful, advising us on where to eat etc. The welcome wine was much appreciated. The location was excellent. It was a perfect stopover stay on our way back from the south of France.
Very beautiful hotel. Not too big, so feels quite cozy. I liked the spacious room and bathroom. We stayed only one night, so didn’t use all the facilities. But I would have expected great service.
Beautiful apartment, very clean, excellent communication with the host and the best guide/info book that I've ever seen! No chance of any confusion about check in, wifi, keys, etc. Great detail!
Very convenient location when travelling with car. We used this hotel for a stop over, while travelling from Switzerland to North of France, and we had an excllent overnight rest.
We spent 28 days in Europe and the breakfast at Relais Saint Jean Troyes was the best of all of them. Everything was freshly prepared. The fruit salad was very fresh!
