The host was very attentive and responsive. We arrived at midnight and needed really late check-in, and the host had sent us the direct GPS location, met us near the entrance hall and provided with a key, despite the official time for check-in from 6 until 9 pm. We were so grateful, as we travelled the whole day with children and definetely needed a rest. The apartment was big enough and equiped with necessary facilities.

The location in the centre of Troyes was good. The initial receptionist was very proficient and helpful. The breakfast buffet was varied and good quality.
The hotel located near many factory outlets, the A5 and A26 motorways and 6 km from the city center is an ideal starting point for visiting the city and the neighboring vineyards.

This Best Western Hotel is located in the historic downtown of Troyes within a pedestrian zone. The property is a former posting office and is decorated with a horse and carriage theme.
We like the convenience of this hotel, easy to find as we travel north or south. Parking is excellent, everything is very clean, the rooms are basic but bright and comfortable. To gain a more spacious room I book one for 3 people, though we are just a couple. Breakfast is adequate and good value.
This was our third stay, so obviously it satisfied our needs for an overnight stop.
We choose to eat at the Courtepaille restaurant, a minute's walk away.
Good hotel if you are travelling as near the motorway. The hotel is modern and our room was big, up to date with the furniture and facilities. The room was clean. There is a nice restaurant around the corner from the hotel which offers a discount if you are staying at the hotel.
We stayed as a stop over on the way to The Alps and we’re pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was for the bargain price! The gentleman on reception, was jolly and friendly at 11pm when we arrived and 5am when we left!! 😊
