The property was large, we were received super friendly by the host Marie. The location is excellent, you just can walk into the vineyards and champagnehouses. you can drive within 10 minutes the a lot of good champagnehouses and akso ELeclerc

You’ll receive an exceptional service from the moment you arrive. Everything is preempted for you making you feel very special as guests. The hotel is designed beautifully throughout with an incredible attention to detail. The bedrooms are stunning, spacious and provide spectacular views over the Champagne vineyards. The bar and bistro restaurant are brilliant but for a truly memorable experience book into The Royal which is outstanding. The Spa and treatments are 5 star and extremely luxurious. We spent two days at the hotel and neither of us wanted to leave - we can’t wait to return.

The remark about the staff is only about the Receptionist. I went and asked for a bottle of Veuve Clicquot to our room and he just forgot to order it. He would not apologize when my partner went to ask for it again…… very poor behavior!

This was just a one night stopover on our way back to Calais but the accommodation and facilities were superb and greatly exceeded our expectations.
The Champagne provided on arrival and at breakfast was also most enjoyable so we purchased more for home consumption.

A really good range of champagne houses - don't be afraid to...
A really good range of champagne houses - don't be afraid to knock on their doors as they are often open for tastings even if they look shut. You generally don't need to book for tastings. HIghly recommend the Henri Chauvet champagne house - the owner is very welcoming, provides free tastings and makes lovely champagne.

A wonderful base for exploring the Champagne region and to taste wonderful sparkling wines. I enjoyed a tour and tasting at Vilmart & Cie, the accommodations at Champagne & Chambres d'hôtes Didier as well as their own champagne. Prise de Mousse is a good place for an informal meal or to buy provisions for a picnic.
The town is easily toured by foot and offers a relaxing pace, and it's only a few minutes from either Reims or Epernay.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with stunning grounds. Fantastic location only a short walk from the train station and well situated between Reims and Epernay so you can explore the whole champagne area. Incredible breakfast every day, especially sitting outside on the terrace. We also had a beautiful dinner with amazing food. The hotel has a lovely relaxing spa and sauna, bath in the room and fantastic amenities. Extremely friendly and helpful staff - couldn’t ask for a better stay.
The hotel is set within a champagne producer and is very atmospheric. The breakfast was very good with a selection of savoury and sweet which included some wonderful cheeses. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the on-site Champagne production tour and tasting.
The hotel has a really nice style, with a nice garden and spacious rooms. We have been amazingly received by Heidi, which was really helpful and friendly. Besides Heidi hospitality, another highlight was the breakfast: really good and with a glass of the champagne Didier Herbert!
fantastic little stop on our way back north from the South of France. Beautiful hotel and fantastic dinner with Champagne pairing. Rilly is a very nice little village close to all the big Champagne houses but also has many of it's own smaller houses locally. Wonderful!!
We loved this place! The hotel is decorated so beautifully. The facilities are perfect - champagne fridge, small snacks available, basic but decent breakfast, beautifully peaceful area.
I would definitely stay here again to explore the champagne region.
The hotel is a very elegant building in a very attractive Champagne village. The welcome was excellent and the receptionist was excellent. Breakfast was good, although perhaps not quite so good as in previous years.
Great boutique hotel, superbly managed by Heidi. Hot tub is awesome. Whole place is extremely stylish. Fantastic bathroom, lovely beds. Peaceful village location.
