The breakfast was all home made; no reliance on bakery croissant. Her bio bread with seeds in was the perfect receptacle for home made jams with fruit from her garden and orchard (rhubarb, cherry, Mirabelle and strawberry). She also served a home made cherry tart. The apple juice was grown and pressed chez elle.
I liked the simple fresh decor in the bedroom.
Good value.

Beautiful Château, surroundings, staff and food.
Our dogs had a nice time too. Staff couldn’t be more helpful and very professional.
Some of the other visitors staying can come across quite unfriendly and stuck up. Probably due to not being used to being in such a wonderful place.

we love the chateaux as it is so beautiful and luxurious and a great place to end our trip. the pricing of the rooms is a bit random as we booked a small attic room but got the room over the garages. Etoges itself doesn't have a lot but it is very near to Epernay and the Champagne houses. it is very peaceful.

The room was large but older.
The room was large but older.
The gardens were well kept and also large.
The hotel is disjointed with bars in one building and restaurant in another.
The restaurant is also disjointed and one gets the impression that there are different levels of treatment offered between the two areas.
The meals were not top shelf but the costs were.
There are others closer to Epernay that offer better value

The best thing about this castle is its atmosphere, wonderful original architectural design, nice interior with old but well maintained classic furniture and green garden around. Staff is very friendly and always very kind.
Do not forget to have dinner at the Chateau restaurant.
Wonderful experience - Great food and great service.
This is a beautiful hotel and our room was in the adjoining wing. It was spacious and very comfortable. We loved the table tennis table in the covered cloisters on the left hand side of the main building and this kept our children happy for a couple of hours while we relaxed in the stunning grounds near the little pond. The food in the brasserie that is owned by the hotel by the entrance was also very good. Great place to stop off on route elsewhere but would be lovely for a long weekend champagne tasting of course as well.
Amazing place, stuff was so helpfull and nice. The breackfast had everything and more, you would need for a perfect start. The SPA is good, we also have had a perfect dinner at the L'Orangerie-Restaurant.
The Chateau is far more than a Hotel - feels like home -we defenetly will come back!
Thank you so much for the special support!
This authentic chateau made our stay unforgettable!! Amazing big room and spacious bathroom, very helpful and friendly stuff. The park outside is super cool and i have to mention the little village of Etoges - does worth visiting - very charming!
This was our second visit to Chateau d'Etoges, this time we stayed in the Orangery which was very comfortable and had the benefit of air conditioning. We dined in the Bistro which was also very good. Fabulous hotel. Excellent service.
Very good meal at the hotel's gourmet restaurant. Service very attentive, and the food was excellent. The room was quite modest for the price, but adequate. Breakfast buffet was reasonable.
