Freshly renovated apartment in a very good location. The apartment is decorated in very good taste. Very clean, new and modern kitchen, fully equipped. 2 clean bathrooms with showers, 2 toilets. Very comfortable beds, fresh linen, blankets and towels. Books on the shelves if anyone wants to read and games for children, badminton and a ping-pong table. A modern TV and the ability to log in to Netflix. Free WiFi. Automatically controlled curtains on the windows. Private garden with barbecue facilities. Parking on the property with a locked gate. The gray entrance gate is also the main entrance to the property. Very nice owners Valerie and Pierre, who care about their guests and are very helpful. There is no problem with communicating in English :) I highly recommend it because the standard of this apartment is higher than that of some hotels! The apartment is located 100 m from bus stops. 20 minutes on foot to the RER A station (Val De Fontenay) or 10 minutes by bus 301, 118 to this station. From Val De Fontenay station, only 4 stops to one of the main attractions of the Louvre Museum, 6 stops to the Arc de Triomphe. On the way to the station there is an Auchan supermarket, a gas station and a Domino's pizzeria :).

This is a great cheap option to stay in Paris, especially if coming by car as it’s very handy the free private parking inside the property. The owner is super nice and kept in touch and explained all the procedures to enter autonomously. The bed is quite comfortable and the room AB’s bathroom were spotless clean. The RER station of Fontenay-sous-Bois is 1.6km away so it’s 15-20 min walk. I really like the real feel of a middle- working class suburb. And then in 15 min you can be in Champs Elysees. You also have a capsule espresso machine in the room so make sure you bring your capsules! And in a stuffy spring night I appreciated the room had AC. All in all this is a good value for money option.

Everything we needed and in a perfect location for us near our daughter but would be equally good if visiting central Paris. RER and metro accessible.
The AC unit in my room did not work. I let the front desk know and they said they would have it looked at, but it was never fixed during our stay in June. We opened the window to cool the room down and get fresh air.
The area around the hotel is run down. It looked like an old business district that was hit with hard times. However, the train station is right across the street (very convenient) and there is a shopping mall next door with access to Auchan, similar to a Walmart with a full grocery store.
The hotel charged me for breakfasts that were charged to my room. We never ate there and it took a few emails, after I returned home, to get this charge refunded to my credit card.

Our trip included 2 days at Disneyland, thats why hotel was perfect for us as the RER train station is only across the street. It takes approximately 30 minutes train ride either way (from hotel to Disneyland or hotel to Paris- Auber station). And since hotel is outside Paris city center, the price is not as steep. Whats also good is that hotel offers free drinking water via a water dispenser on every floor (includes both still and sparkling water). Theres also a nearby mall with grocery.
Very good location (near RER A station Val de Fontaney, 3 min walk to a mall where you can find Auchan store, fast foods restaurants (Mc Donalds, Burger King, KFC) and specific foods restaurants (chinese, japanese, turkish) and other shops, the hotel offers for free plate water and carbonised water within Brita water dispenser on the lobby of each floor, very clean rooms, silentios rooms even the hotel is located near the RER station, very polite and friendly staff;
The apartment is located in a quiet area "Fontenay-sous-Bois", near you can find funprix supermarket (in the building with "Le Kosmos") and small shop near the entrance to apartment which works in later hours. You can park free at the "Bowling de la Matène", but be aware that it is closed at night when bowling center is closed, so you should park somewhere else if you plan to drive in early morning.
Hotel Staff was friendly, welcoming and were responding to our needs very swiftly. We felt at home. Location is ideal if you plan travel from CDG airport, visit to Paris city and Disneyland Paris all in one go. If you plan to travel to Paris city only, then is not a very ideal location. The kitchen staff was very friendly and the hotel also serves breakfast and dinner in your bedroom on request.
Our stay at Apart Hotel Du Bois de Vincennes was nothing short of magical. Marie and Michael went above and beyond to create an experience that will remain etched in our memories for years to come. If you're looking for the perfect place to stay while visiting Paris, look no further. We cannot recommend this enchanting haven highly enough!
Breakfast was provided daily from 7 to 10 am and consists of French pastries, coffee, tea and juice. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is a 8 minute drive from the RER train station. Since the room has no AC, the hotel has provided fans in the rooms. Overall a comfortable stay.
We loved the hotel's charm, the modern vibe and how clean it was. The staff was super accommodating and very friendly.
