Clean very functional stay. Very comfortable, good breakfast, quiet. Across the street from the Metro. If you want a good value and comfortable stay in Paris and are willing to use the Metro to get around, then this is perfect. It's location is next to the indoor sports arena.

Room was quite small but accommodated enough for the short stay, so it's totally ok for 1 person if you are planning mostly to wonder the city.

The rooms and overall hotel environment were very clean and well-presented. Staff were attentive and helpful, and I liked that the lifts were keycard operated, giving extra security.

Very charming guest house, with a backyard and a fireplace. Breakfast was excellent. Table was beautifully set daily, fresh bread and croissant were available. Always a fresh pot of coffee every morning. Laurence also made delicious eggs for us. Really felt like a local staying at the guest house. A huge supermarket(Auchan) is right around the corner, a minute walk from the property. Right next to Auchan there is an excellent bakery where you can pick up pastries and sandwiches for picnic. There is a small refrigerator so you can store your drinks and groceries. Laurence stocked the fridge everyday with water so we didn't have to buy any which was really convenient.
The guesthouse is about midway between Disney and the city center so we were able to travel to both without too much effort. It's near the RER A line, the station is just a minute away walking.
I would definitely stay here again for my next trip to Disney and/or Paris city center.

The cottage was very clean and comfortable. 5 minute walk from a rapid RER station to the centre of Paris or to Euro Disneyland. Quiet neighbourhood. Secure off street parking. The hosts were very friendly and helpful - providing maps and directions and loads of local information.

The hotel is in a very nice place by the canal and we had a beautiful scenery from our window with a small balcony towards the canal, some green area and pretty houses next to the hotel. The room was nice, clean, quite specious and quiet. There was a small kitchenette for simple cooking (the placement in the hall maybe not the best). The neighborhood was also peaceful and metro station near by. Most people at the reception were friendly and helpful.
We stayed in the suite room featured in the Ad of this aparthotel in Booking.com. This was my 2nd time in this property and honestly, was really good and the attention has improved since my last stay in the Summer of 2022.
Very good location. Metro is about 5-10 minutes from the hotel by foot, supermarket 10 minutes by foot. Hotel had an underground parking for €10 a day which was very nice.
Nice modern hotel with parking possibility. Very fresh breakfast room with tasteful setting of the chairs and table. And rooms with nice view on the Marne.
