Fantastic location, very close to the city centre, bars, restaurants, shops and to the train stations. The ladies at breakfast and reception were very friendly and nice. The breakfast was nice, but there weren't many choices.

Everything was great. The location is so convenient for the main sights and the eurostar.

Just the friendliest family run business offering a very comfortable stay in Lille, with plenty of excellent quality local independent restaurants which were recommended by the hotel. Extremely convenient to find with plenty of secure parking & good public transport connections. The rooms are comfortable & amazingly quiet due to the innovative design. Some have been recently refurbished. The breakfast is extremely good value with plenty of choice.
The entire facility has been well looked after, tidy, well decorated, organized.
The bedrooms are amazingly clean as soon as you enter the room you can tell the rooms, toilet, bathroom & bedroom are extremely clean. I have stayed in many hotels and this is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in.
The staff are very friendly, polite , helpful & made us feel very welcome.

The hotel was near a commercial center where you could do shopping and have places to eat. It was very close to the highway but quiet. The bed was comfortable and clean.
