Extremely convenient to find with plenty of secure parking & good public transport connections. The rooms are comfortable & amazingly quiet due to the innovative design. Some have been recently refurbished. The breakfast is extremely good value with plenty of choice.

Location was excellent, opposite the Lille Flanders train station.
My room was excellent the bed very comfortable large size tv and kettle. The bathroom again excellent with a great shower.

The entire facility has been well looked after, tidy, well decorated, organized.
The bedrooms are amazingly clean as soon as you enter the room you can tell the rooms, toilet, bathroom & bedroom are extremely clean. I have stayed in many hotels and this is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in.
The staff are very friendly, polite , helpful & made us feel very welcome.
Breakfast was lovely again restaurant area was very clean.
The hotel was near a commercial center where you could do shopping and have places to eat. It was very close to the highway but quiet. The bed was comfortable and clean.
