We use 2 sat navs for our travels, both units took us to the same place, a locked gate into what looked like an office complex. No way to open the gate so we managed a large circle around the complex to try the other side. This trip took 45 minutes. We eventually arrived at another gate this time open, Parked the van and tried to get into the hotel which looked closed with no lights on.
We eventually made our way around the other side of the property still all locked, as we approached one of the doors we noticed a receptionist coming towards us , he opened the door.
From our initial arrival it took 1.25 hours to get to our room.
The rooms are modern and very good with a good bathroom. Breakfast was 15 Euro so we went for a Mcdonalds.
I would go again as I now know how to get in.

Location was excellent, opposite the Lille Flanders train station.
My room was excellent the bed very comfortable large size tv and kettle. The bathroom again excellent with a great shower.

Shocking hotel even if you have your booking in black and white they denied it and tried to charge me more !! I thought it was all sorted when I checked out only they took the rest of the money after I had left !!! do NOT stay here . Report to credit card for theft/fraud and for my money returned to me after investigation but it did take a week
We are American expats who have traveled the globe extensively and this location is definitely among the top 2 in terms of cleanliness. I’m a clean freak to the max and it takes a lot for me to not feel squeamish in hotels. Here, I felt completely comfortable. I was impressed by the friendly staff and the exceptionally clean and modern rooms. Fridge, Coffee Maker, Instant Coffee, Breakfast until 11:00, Restaurant Options On-Site, Safe Entry Measures, etc. Lovely gem of a place!
We booked the hotel because it has swimming pool, which is great for our kids. Unfortunately we were informed just a day before arrival that the pool is out of order. Instead, we were offered complementary breakfast, which was very nice. The beds are extremely comfortable. We also got a crib for our baby free of charge. The hotel is only 10 min away from city center. Overall, very satisfied with the service and professionalism, and definitely good bargain for money.
The hotel is in an industrial area near the airport, right of the highway. Perfect for an overnight stop.
The outside isn’t anything special but inside they created a great atmosphere. There is a children’s play area in the lobby right near the restaurant/bar/breakfast area. The breakfast is amazing. Lots of options and even a special table with extra choices for the kids. The staff is super friendly.
Very good experience in this brand new hotel, interior design (building and furniture's) is very good with Scandinavian/industrial atmosphere. Not easy to recognize the hotel from outside but once we step into the courtyard, it looks very nice, friendly and warmfull ! Restaurant is very good as well and hotel staff very usefull and friendly. I do recommend this hotel and people working here !

The outside and the area are a bit 'run down' and 'industrial'. So not for visiting the town. But location is great as a stop over with a car. The multiple craft beer restaurant/bars in walking distance are a great bonus.
I did not expect such a nice and quiet appartment in a eldery home. It is 1 km from the A10. Perfect place to stay on our way to France (south) Kitchen is not very well equiped but you can easily eat in the area . For us (with to kids) ideal to have 2 bedrooms. Staff/ reception very kind person!
The owners take great care of hygiene in the hotel. They bring breakfast to the room. They are very hardworking and nice. A family-run hotel owned by the French people, not any corporation. Let us support such people, because they pay taxes and do not avoid them.
The spacious room, the weekly dance party in the lounge they invited us to. The staff was as before very welcoming. A bonus for me is the good charging stations for electric vehicles in front of the hotel.
