Aurelien is a good host, the apartment is well appointed and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with necessary cooking and tea/coffee prep unlike most apartments I have stayed at. Milk, OJ, butter, condiments, beers, Champagnes too. Wifi is very strong and fast. Superb boulangerie is around the corner as well as La Frigousse, a wine bar that has an eclectic array of special champagnes.

I've been traveling for 4 months and have booked many apartments during this time. I would say that Ay Central is absolutely one of the best apartments I have ever stayed in. The location, the quietness of the apartment, the comfort level, the wifi speed, the kitchen facilities and staples, the overall feel of the apartment and the incredibility helpful host Cedric made our stay a very special one. I wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you for a great stay.

Chateau Collery is a lovely place to stay and the welcome champagne a delicious bonus. Wish we'd planned better for dinner in walking distance on a Friday night! Would enjoy spending more time here.

Ay is a quiet alternative to the busy Epernay or Reims, but ideal for exploring the Champagne region - there a several Champagne houses to visit in Ay all a short walk away. Not many eating places in Ay but Epernay is only a short drive away and has a huge number!

Ay is a quiet location to stay, yet some bigger champagne houses are located at Ay e.g. Bollinger (James Bond). When you go up the hill you will find Champagne fields you cannot see from below and which you can walk through

Quiet town but with plenty of chances to tour some Champagne houses. Couple of restaurants, a Brasserie and a few supermarkets. Train station with direct links to Epernay/Reims makes it easy to explore further afield.
Cozy place, feel like visiting family. Small hotel with just 3 rooms is run by couple. Absolutely great French-style breakfast with freshly-backed croissants, cheese, coffee, juice... Great benefit is that is was served for the time we've asked, so we didn't need to rush and colud sleep late). Though it's an old house, property is fully renovated and super clean. Additional benefit - private parking. Thanks for welcoming us. I definitely would like to come back!
Very big and spacious place with central location. Appartment can take 4 persons. Quiet area, comfortable bed. Good strong wifi. Free parking by the house on the street. All fresh decorations recently done. Big, nice bathroom. Well equipped kitchen with coffee. Welcome drink :-). Very good and friendly service. Really attentive owner. Boulangerie next door. Restaurants in 10 minute walking. Epernay very close to visit.
Excellent Continental breakfast. We were offered more but declined as Continental is our normal choice. The booking correspondence and welcome on arrival were excellent. The secure parking in the courtyard was important to us and worked very well. The location in Ay, a quiet village just east of Epernay with a couple of bars and restaurants, was the perfect retreat after a busy day.
We had a nice couple of nights stay at the hotel. It is very well located to explore the champagne houses around the area.
The bed was super comfortable and the room was spotless. Lovely to have the pool as well and the parking was a helpful bonus too.
We would consider staying again if we were in the area, as it was a lovely hotel overall and in a great location.
Excellent experience, spacious and comfortable rooms, friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel is perfectly situated in Aÿ, just far enough from the village centre to be quiet, yet close enough to hop out for a drink or to take a walk around town or into the vineyards. The staff was very helpful and attentive to our requests.
This is a darling historic property, tastefully updated and very comfortable. The location is wonderful, within walking distance to several champagne cellars and restaurants, in the charming village of Ay. The proprietor, Corinne, is an absolute delight and very knowledgeable. Breakfast was very French and delicious.
Very comfortable. Pretty place with a beautiful property and excellent location. Loved the blackout shades and the beds were very comfortable. Our host was so helpful and kind and gave us many good recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed it! Ay is a delightful town!
Cleanliness, attention to detail, space, attentive and responsive hosts. This is a very well managed apartment and much nicer than I expected. I would highly recommend to anyone wishing to spend a few days in Ay.
Lovely flat in an excellent location. The host had so kindly left us some toys for our son and a cot which was incredibly thoughtful of him. We had a great nights stay whilst driving back from the Alps. Thank you
A top location combined with a beautiful small historic home! It directly brings you in a holiday mood, because of it’s French charme. Just a walk around town and the surrounding champagne groves confirms this.
The location is fabulous in AY. Close to a bar and bakery. The owner has an eye for detail, the apartment is equipped with everything one would need and it looks modern, clean and very stylish
The hotel is in an extremely quiet area of Ay, newly renovated with very elegant style. The common area was very nice and comfy, great champagne and comfy newly renovated rooms.
Very kind and generous attention to details. Coffee, cookies, and other treats made available.simple and comfortable appartement with everything we needed for a weekend stay.
Maison Marcks was an incredible place to stay for a few nights. The property felt cozy, whilst being spacious, and every last detail was well thought through.
We stayed here for two nights and had a good time. The apartment is spacious and clean. The host is very friendly. Free parking available in the street.
