The location in Ay was perfect. Superbly appointed for an exploration of the area and just to see how many houses of champagne there are.
The apartment was very comfortable for our party of 4, very clean and with all mod cons. Parking was easily accessed nearby. We would be very happy to return again.

Superb chateau with lovely surroundings and seating in the expansive gardens. The champagne was excellent, notably the Blanc de Bkancs which was very enjoyable. Being able to relax in the sun with a bottle made a lovely evening. Room very well appointed, comfortable and with a good bathroom.

Great communication with Aurélien. Clear instructions, and a full explanation of what to see and do in the area, including descriptions of the champagne houses and restaurants. The studio is perfect for two people. The bed is very comfortable. It is very clean with lovely decoration. The kitchen is well equipped and the fridge is stocked with beer and champagne, which you pay for on an 'honesty' basis. The studio is situated in the centre of the town, so you can walk to all the champagne houses and restaurants. Parking is on the street. We will definitely be visiting again...soon!

Aurelien was a fantastic host. Great communication and supplied information and suggestions of the local area. He went above and beyond to assist with a medical issue and arranged for a nurse to come to the apartment.

The apartment was very clean and cosy with all necessary amenities. Everything appeared to be brand new. Cédric, the friendly owner, gave us information on local activities and even provided a bottle of Champagne. The kitchen had all it needed and was well stocked. We loved the location in the center of Ay in the center of Champagne country with two bakeries and some eateries right there. We highly recommend this comfortable place.
