This arrangement is actually two hotels with a busy street separating them. The other hotel is where all the reception work takes place.
The cleaning staff were pleasant and cheerful. They spoke no English but did their best to help. As everything was done from the other hotel it was good to have the security given by the fact that a code was necessary to enter our building.
This hotel is located 290 metres from the Vallon Lake, and opposite the Autun Exhibition Centre. Autun city centre can be found within 2.3 km. Its air-conditioned rooms are equipped with free WiFi.

It was very comfortable and clean. The location to explore Autum was perfect and the site itself was very peaceful and idealistic.

Cathedral is great. The roman ruins are pretty good.
Cathedral is great. The roman ruins are pretty good. The town is wonderful to walk around in. In the evening everyone was gone and the streets were quiet and wonderful. The old town is just what you would think old France was like. We only explored half of it, so we are coming back on a future trip!

Easy to visit Roman remains, all free of charge. Bibracte Gallo-Roman centre nearby too. Many interesting villages close by and some interesting insights into life on the canals in times gone by in Grignon and district. Free parking everywhere.
Cosy small-scale hotel.. just outside Autun. With a dedicated and friendly owner. Gave personal attention (in a good way ). Speaks English. Friendly staff.
The renovated room was spacious. It had nice views over garden and city of Autun. The room was simple but tastefully decorated. Bathroom fine.
Kitchen not always open! The owner called ahead to tell this so i could anticipate on it.

For a hotel chain it was one of the more modern ones we've stayed in. It was light, clean, with a comfy bed and hot shower. The continental breakfast was good including eggs, meat and cheese. We felt our car was very safe in the area, just outside town. The town was smaller than we envisaged and a lovely walk (10 mins) into it. We spent the morning and checked out near noon which was a bonus. All in all a great visit.
Lovely accommodation on the edge of Autun, which is a lovely town. The beds were very comfortable and breakfast (pancakes as well as the normal things) was delicious. The owner was very helpful with information about this peaceful area of France and great suggestions on places to visit.
Big room and bathroom. Comfortable bed and nice shower. Excellent location in walking distance of everything worth seeing in Autun.
