The TV remote control was broken, and didn't have all the functions necessary to access my flash USB that I connected to the TV in order to watch my series and favorite movies. No help whatsoever from personnel on this matter.
Even though I hanged the "dont disturb me" sign on the door handle, still they woke me upp to ask if I wanted the maid to do the room, veeery annoying.
There cannot be anything positive to say about this place. There’s is absolutely nothing to like about this horrible hotel. Extremely loud through the night - the walls seemingly made of cardboard so you can hear every word from reception and anyone talking in other rooms. It’s noisy, dirty and unhygienic, no airport shuttle despite saying so on their website.
I've made the mistake of staying here - please don't repeat my mistake. Nobody is too desperate to stay in this horrible hotel.
Clean, comfortable rooms, a pretty good breakfast and, surprisingly, a great seafood restaurant next door! The free airport transfer was quick and easy to organise. The room has all the basics, including tea and coffee making facilities, and air conditioning (which we really needed in the heatwave!) A quick and easy check in/check out too. Public transport from the other side of Paris took quite a long time but the hotel is within walking distance of the tram stop.
