Very nice room and amenities. It was fully furnished, we had all necessary supplies for breakfast, also means to prepare other meals, toiletries, enough storage space, comfortable bed, etc. The cleanliness was one of the strongest point. We needed to stay a couple of hours over the check-out time and the owners were very kind to allow us. We also arrived very late and we found everything ready, with complete instructions how to access the property easily. We totally recommend this property and we would definitely come back on future occasions.

The TV remote control was broken, and didn't have all the functions necessary to access my flash USB that I connected to the TV in order to watch my series and favorite movies. No help whatsoever from personnel on this matter.
Even though I hanged the "dont disturb me" sign on the door handle, still they woke me upp to ask if I wanted the maid to do the room, veeery annoying.
- Shuttle to airport - we were able to drop our car rental & catch the shuttle back to the hotel & then used it to get to the airport the next day. A great free service, thx

The hotel is nearby the airport, upon landing, we need to notify the hotel to send in the shuttle. It was easy speaking to Yoga who spoke English well. Theres a bus stop across the hotel so I just need to walk for 3 minutes and buy Visite Pass from the bus stop and take one bus to go to Paris. Beside the hotel have a nice restaurant so u won't be hungry
Well placed Hotel within short walking distance to shopping Mall for food, shopping etc. Free shuttle a bonus and prompt. Rooms well equipped and of reasonable size. Breakfast was varied, a couple of the machines weren't working. Overall, value for money, only downside was asking for more towels (1 person supplied) and no additional pillows available.
Conveniently located close to the airport. The T7 tram takes you there if you can't get the shuttle. The staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was €8 and the selection was fine for me (the croissants were actually good). If you eat savory food in the AM it won't work for you. Also, there is a good Portuguese restaurant next to the hotel
Convenient stay before early morning departure from ORY. Easy walking to shopping mall with restaurants and stores. Rooms are simple, but well laid out and clean and quiet. Large elevator. Public transport from the 7th arrondisment in Paris to the hotel was easy enough and not far to walk from the tram stop to the hotel.
Very friendly and helpful staff.. I had an issue with my credit card, and they were very patient.
Front desk is very polite and gave us some advice about where to eat.
Swim hall across street is great location to cool off in the hot summer..convenient hotel if traveling with children.

Late check in with accommodating staff. There is a shuttle to the airport but with limited seats and it fills out quickly. The room is minimalist but the value of the hotel is the proximity to the airport.
The hotel has partnering food businesses which allows you to order a takeaway and get it delivered right to your bedroom door, amazing if you need to get some needed sleep before a flight
